I go to this store often and always had a good experience until recently. Lately, the customer service has been horrible and I can never find anything I need when it comes to shipping things. Recently, I brought in a small package and asked how much postage it would cost to send it with the stuff I had inside. The clerk told me it would be fine to put 2 stamps on it and send it. I had 25 small packages to send, so I questioned him saying, "are you sure? It seems like it might need more, but I don't know about this stuff." He assured me it would be fine. I stuffed all my envelopes, put two stamps on each, then took them all back to the UPS store to be shipped. All was fine and dandy, until today when I got a phone call from the post office saying they can't send any of my packages out because there's not enough postage on them. Read moreShipped a package on 7/17/18 and they or UPS lost it After calling the store and UPS numerous times the store will still not pay the claim. I get the runaround Every time I call. UPS Corporate they say it's a private franchise and they can only call the store. I spoke to Sihan today at the store and he STILL NEEDS more time PLUS the store needs documentation on what was in the bag ( this is after I told UPS Corp what was exactly in the bag)that was lost so I emailed them all the contents of the bag and what was in it. If you really want to insure whats in your package DO NOT USE UPS. They will make you jump thru hoops to even maybe get your money back for a package they lost.
