Wow-- so incredibly rude and unprofessional!!!! :-( We like Five Guys as we can always expect good food and good service-- or so we thought. We are not Google Review fanatics, in fact I have never even done a single Google review myself. Tonite we went in for a quick burger on New Years Eve. They closed and 7 pm, which we walked in the door a few minutes before 7. I apologized and asked if we could still get service, which we were told Yes. We ordered bacon cheeseburgers and we informed that they didnt have any bacon. Strange, with such a small menu offered to run out of a key ingredient, but fine. We ordered burgers and Cajun fries, our normal fare. We got our food in the normal amount of time. Burgers were fine, but the fries were so heavily spiced that we could barely eat them-- my mouth is still burning almost 2 hrs after we ate them. And they were not very fresh, either. Oh, well, not worth complaining. We had just gotten our food unwrapped when the guy behind the counter yelled out to the entire restaurant "OK, we are wrapping it up, so finish up!" We were rather shocked but figured he was goofing around and surely we would be allowed to eat our meal since we were allowed to order.... The girl cleaning the dining area started sweeping vigorously , sending up a cloud of dust and peanut shells all around our table, and dragging metal chairs all over the tile floor so loudly that we couldn't even talk to each other. I almost asked her to stop but let it go. We hadn't even started into our fries when the guy behind the counter yelled loudly again that we needed to "Clear the Lobby, we are closed and you need to leave!!! DO YOU HEAR ME???" It wasn't even 15 minutes past closing and we were maybe halfway done with our meal! We hadn't had our food more than 5 minutes. We left our food on the table, and walked towards the door, and told them that we were pretty shocked at being kicked out of a restaurant that had barely closed-- we eat out all of the time and never has that EVER happened to us. We were the last to get our food and tried to eat as fast as we could. All three employees were combative and disrespectful, but the worst by far was Alex. He was rude and condescending--- we cant imagine having an employee like that. If we were not going to be able to eat our food, they should have told us at the time of ordering. It would have been far more professional to at least go around nicely to each patron and tell them unfortunately they needed to close the lobby soon-- not yell at the whole restaurant. Then when we tried to wrap up our food to leave they got combative, so we left it. Not the Five Guys experience we had in mind-- we wont be back there, and may not even go back to any locations after this incident. Updated from 1 to 3 stars not because the incident didn't happen, but because the owner Mel reached out to us and apologized. Admitted they were at fault, and promised to do some continuing education with...

Let me just say that I LOVE this place! The first thing I notice is a big sign telling where the potatoes that are turned into amazing fries are from today (granted, I don't particularly care, as long as they taste good). A couple of tips for the first time customer here. There are just a couple of things that can be a tad confusing. They offer little hamburgers; little cheese burgers; little bacon cheese burgers Then also offer ( and these are different then the above) hamburger; cheese burgers; bacon cheese burgers Ok here's the tip on this, "little" isn't a tiny hamburger, "little" indicates that it is just a single patty. At 5 guys a standard hamburger has 2 patties. Order accordingly.

The fries are amazing! I prefer the Cajun fries myself. You see the thing to note here is regardless of which size of fries you order, you are going to get a LOT of fries. I have been told by an off-duty employee (a 5 guy?), that they work under a corporate policy that says something like "if the biggest complaint that we get is that we give too many fries, then that's not a bad thing". So unless you want to put a little extra money into supporting a great restaurant, just order a small fry.

They also offer shakes, sodas, and just a few...

First time back to Five Guys in probably 15 years. The first time I went I was not blown away especially considering the cost of the food. So here cone8try #2. The food tastes as I remember. It is a good burger. I got two patties with bacon and some veggies thrown in at no cost. Got a medium fry (potatoes from Rexburg, ID) which were dumped into the bag on top of my burger and very greasy, and a large drink (Coke Freestyle so you have myriad choices). Bill? 19.95. The atmosphere was good, the food was good and the fries were all good. For me it was not $20 good. On top of that the gal taking my order suggested a tip (for taking my order, which is her job). Maybe another 15 years and I will come again. Lunch for 2 people = $40

One other note. As I was eating my meal the three emoyees started having a very loud conversation about how they had, had enough of the working requirements and their boss Sc..tt needed to stop abusing them. The loudest outspoken one was a man who looked to be about 40, trim and fit looking. He was making quite the fuss about his work schedule and requirements of the job. Not very professional. The others were just sort of agreeing with him but not...

The guy that helped me when I came in to pick up my order was a real smart alec. He very rudely said the order was on the table. I guess that means that orders not ready yet but how am I supposed to know that when I don't work here! He had a really smart aleck attitude with me and didn't say anything when he gave me my order. He told me on the table means it's right here and pointed down at the table with a smart alec smile and then he asked me if I had any other questions, with an attitude to his tone of voice. I'm changing my review because of the bad atmosphere I experienced. It was horrible compared to what it used to be. The manager working was Jesse but the guy that was rude to me refused to give me his name. There is a picture of him right down below on this review so be aware of this rude guy!

A custom-made burger emphasizing freshness and handmade quality. Little Cheeseburger The handcrafted patties, made with 100% thick beef (double patties), are bursting with savory juices, making them incredibly juicy! Fresh and juicy tomatoes, crisp lettuce, and bold, thick-cut pickles are complemented by grilled onions and mushrooms, adding another layer of flavor and texture. 'All The Way' (mayo, ketchup, lettuce, mustard, pickles, grilled onions, tomatoes, grilled mushrooms) is a highly recommended combination for customizing your burger.
