Crazy Pho Cajun — Restaurant in Federal Way

When I first moved into the neighborhood, I used to go to this restaurant and have been eating there every week. Sometimes my wife and I stopped by twice a week. I even bring my brother and coworkers to eat there.

I ordered crawfish boil to share with my large family, and they love it. They continued to order from this place. As for me, I had a bad experience. My crawfish boil came with a coiled wire inside it. While I was eating with my wife, we noticed something shiny I took a picture of the wire to show the owner.

The next time I went to eat at the restaurant, I told the owner, and she said, “oh, that’s the wire from the brush used to clean the crawfish.” She did not apologize or anything. I paid for my meal and left.

Several weeks passed by, and I ate there again. I ordered some rice dishes. When I got done eating, I went to the counter to pay for my meal. That's when she told her mom about the incident in the Vietnamese language. They both were looking at me weirdly. That was the last time I ate at this place. I understood the language. They talked about the broken wire brush that was in my food. I was trying to make them aware of the situation. Instead of being appreciative, they hated me for letting them know. If you’d like to know what terrible customer service is like, feel free to bring your whole family here. Before I got my food and ordered I asked for my to be well done, it wasn’t, when it came out I asked politely if they could just cook it a little longer, which I was then told that it was already cooked enough ( excuse me? ) , my wife then proceeded to ask them is it okay to cook it a little longer (as she knows I was unhappy with it), and they told her oh you want it burnt? Took my shrimp back and said one burnt shrimp coming right up. After this, we had an order take very long and then when asked about it we were told, there’s only one chef and that it was our fault we came to late to order (we walked in at 7:09 and they close at 8. Another family had walked in to dine , closer to 7:30 and they were told come back tomorrow we are not taking any orders anymore. This establishment needs to learn how to respect the people that keep you open. The owner when we first walked in was talking about how it was a very slow day, well now...

Last night We ordered through Uber eats ,the chicken pho and Cajun pho , my friend had BARELY 3 pieces of thin sliced chicken and I had exactly three small shrimps , 5 tiny pieces of Andouille sausage , and a few lost craw fish , but lots of bouillon, and rice noodles ..... plus spices , hot sauce etc .... we had ordered before and were very satisfied , but the last two times have been a real let down and a huge rip off ...... I do not know what happened , but $ 19.99 and $ 21.93 for ultimately two bowls of boiling water with rice noodles .... seems to be way over price ... I tried to talk to the manager over the phone , but all he did was argu with me ..... so ...WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE AND WARN ALL OUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS NOT TO ATTEMPT TO GO UNLESS THEYRE IN THE MOOD TO GET RIPPED OFF ..... SAD !!! The only successful deal was a perfect and timely delivery...
