UW Medicine Primary Care at Federal Way — Local services in Federal Way

I should have listened to the complains about scheduling here in the reviews because they are all True. We made an appointment almost a year ago for Dr. Dini..Literally waited MONTHS and we were fine with it. I called a couple weeks before the appointment to re-confirm. They CONFIRMED . Then several days before the much awaited appointment, found out that it got cancelled out of nowhere when my husband called in to ask a question about something. We both requested time off from work for the appointment and the next time they said we can have another appointment was at the end of the YEAR! And even when we said it can be any doctor they still said it’s gonna months. So basically AFTER almost another year of waiting after already waiting for a year. Just horrible. Go...

Update: Scheduling from UW Medicine NW Hospital works now.

Tring to schedule anything here is very disappointing, as simple as a blood draw for my primary care in UW Medicine in Seattle. Appointment with any primary care doctors here for simple things like eye infection prescription is nearly impossible unless you are willing to wait 3+ months. When I desperately asked for an ARNP at one time I waited several hours to have an ARNP to call me back.

It appeared that calls were handled by a central location which did not make things better at all, and only added longer wait. UW Medicine in Seattle appears to be completely isolated from these satellite operations bearing the "UW Medicine" name.

Brian Lam, DO has consistently not ordered labs I requested even after verbally confirming he would order them. He has consistently ignored reading and going over my labs and reports and I have to prompt him to do so every time and he drags his feet while doing it. Every single thing I request, I have to fight with him and go back and forth with him about it to get it done. He offers no insight about anything and it seems like he doesn't have any medical training because of it.
