Folasade Memeh manager at this Chipotle. I want whoever to read this to know I am a very compassionate, understanding, and patient person in almost all situations. I hate that this comes off cocky but I say this to let everyone know, that i've had multiple hard situations at food places and always refrain from saying anything back, but this is was the only exception. This Chipotle closes at 10pm, we finished eating OUTSIDE at 9:58pm and we're headed to get refills inside at 10:00pm, like we stepped in as it turned 10pm and she immediately yells. "10 pm WE CLOSE AT 10 PM EVERYONE OUT! BYE BYE BYE (smacking her hands as she's doing this)." I didn't even say a word to her or disrespected her in any matter, I was the last person to get a refill and it was 10pm😅. I snapped and told her how unprofessional she was and she just laughed. Later on we (my friends and I) waited for her, to talk to her and she was saying "Well I'm sorry that YOU felt that way, but I have policies to enforce and will enforce them however I need to." Mind you she also did all this while leaning over on the railing outside and still smacking her fingers, like if you could just visualize it....omg so uncomfortable to talk to. But the people working were absolutely amazing, the workers were so nice and even when they closed the manager was yelling at them but luckily the girl stood up to her by telling her that she couldn't be doing everything at once. As she told her to take out trash, clean bathrooms, and to do it FAST even though she was cleaning the tables as she was getting chirped at by her manager. All in all, it was the most unprofessional person in the food industry I've ever met, and whoever is reading this is probably going to be surprised when they see the manager because I just know she's going to put up a fake persona to make these TRUE reviews seem false. Also my first time trying Chipotle 😂 so I will never be back...
Read moreThis location here is a tad bit lazy. I’ve had a few bad experiences but I love chipotle so I kinda didn’t try to be a Karen but the last visit I had was enough to review it. Every time I come in I ask for the salad dressing. 4 of them to be exact because it’s not like there is a bunch in there and if you have gotten a burrito bowl like I have and used the sauce you will come to learn 4 is the amount you need. Everytime I ask they usually give some kind of attitude.. and I eat there a lot. At least once a week for sure. It’s gotten to the point I call before I go to make sure they have the dressing made because sometimes when I go they don’t. I don’t understand how something that even the manager said is very popular they are always out of it. When you see it getting low have someone make more supply . I went to the location in Pensacola and they are so amazing and so organized even their veggies look fresh and crisp. Y’all’s looks soggy sometimes. I don’t know if it’s because the staff is young at this location or what but things could really be improved here a lot. Last time they told me they weren’t making any salad dressing for the rest of the night and I called BS because no other location around that time has ever said that. And I’ve been to a good amount of chipotle from Houston to Vegas. And I always get that dressing. If you don’t like your job please quit. Because it’s unfair to us paying customers to not get the full service. Another lady behind me also wanted the dressing. And I asked for 4 and the manager gave her one of my 4 dressings. How lazy. Hell if the sauce was solid separately I would buy it just to now have to deal with asking...
Read moreHave previous been taken care of here, but recently gone downhill. I have ordered the same thing here and other chipotle's for years. When asking for a "double wrap" the employee who i can only assume was new because i have not seen her before, began making it incorrectly, i tried to ask her to do it correctly to which a man behind the counter, tells me we dont do it that way, even though he acknowledged the exact method in which it is to be done. A double wrap is made to look like a "vinn diagram" to allow for extra room, and so the food fits appropriately and doesnt make a mess. I was told "we dont do that here" when the previous dozen times at this location they have done it just fine without asking. What is the point in stacking two tortillas on top of each other and not in the fashion i described previously? there is none.
I am fine with the fact the new girl didnt understand, I was disgusted by the attitude and general disregard for proper procedure by the gentleman behind the scenes, who obviously knew what i was asking, and proceeded to deny that simple request. I was left with a burrito that could not be managed, and leaked all over.
Drink area was also in disarray, messy, no straws, overflowing with trash. Mind you there were at least 8-10 people working, and maybe 10 total customers...
