The Tiny Tavern — Restaurant in Cape Canaveral

A favorite local Beer n Wine chill spot with an outdoor lounge consisting of more than enough Sq footage of Sand, Chairs, Cornhole set and Steel Horseshoe rings for the Florida Outdoor fun while drinking that we all Love!! On certain nights and weekends you can certainly have a run in with the famous "Florida Man" along with other exotic locals and yearly resident aliens. Inside the bar is big enough for all your friends yet small enough to enjoy them over your favorite beer or glass. Behind the bar a patient and happy smile is most pleasant while expediting your drink of choice!! If you are reciprocal in attitude and posture--- a chocolate bounty may be afforded just for you! We searched "dive bars" and this came up. What a fun place. The man working the bar was great. He interacted with everyone, joked around, and just made it a great place. There was a singer as well who sang some great songs and wasn't so loud that you couldn't be inside. It's a tiny venue where people sit around a u-shaped bar and has a large outdoor area with tables, chairs, and games. I didn't see any taps so mostly chilled bottles of beer were served and it did not appear to be a place to get liquor. People smoked outside but whatever that was fine. Look up dive bar in the dictionary, and you may see a picture of this tiny but awesome tavern. Beer and wine only. Jumps is a great place to hang with the local color!

UPDATE 2: Although it will always be Jump's in my heart, new(ish) ownership has rechristened this dive as simply The Tiny Tavern. Still one of my favorite watering holes on the Space Coast!

UPDATE 3: The Tiny Tavern's days may be numbered. The adjacent lot finally sold and construction (townhouses, I believe) has begun, and The Tiny Tavern is for sale. I hope someone saves this awesome Space...
