Wine World - Wine & Spirits — Restaurant in Florida

This review is in reference to the holiday wine tasting that took place on 30 Nov 19. I am a regular patron of the store and restaurant and I always tell the truth. Many of the tables were not set up at 2:00, talk about poor planning. They are charging people $25 to $30 a person be ready get your ship together!! Several of the workers pouring wine were not very friendly. Most of the pours gave you barely enough wine to taste it let alone make a decision on whether you liked or wanted it. We had to ask several time for a second pour to make a decision. When Wine World knows it's going to be 80 degrees outside have some additional fans. It was extremely hot! While I know Wine World cannot control the weather, they could minimize effects by having fans. My last criticism is 200 people on their front and back porch, with both being rather small, was over crowding to the hilt. I was running into and stepping over and around everyone. This wine tasting was executed about as poorly as anything I've ever attended. Their better off sticking to their $10 wine tastings, less people...

This has been mygo to place for a very long time, they have a great 11 to 6 happy hour when you get a 12 oz carafe for the price of a glass. That has now since changed their prices look to have almost doubled with less quality selection. Not as impressed with the menu anymore either.

On the beer side, I don't know what happened but nothing makes sense anymore, I have no idea where to find anything and they no longer have make your own six-pack or singles. any place that has singles I will visit and I'm from out of state so I made it a mission. No more. I have no interest in buying a six pack and flying back with it on a guess. Y'all had a good thing going but you screwed it up. If you're wise you'll go back to what you were doing because it was working well. there used to be a whole bunch of beers that were hard to find that you guys had your finger on now those are gone as well.

We are staying at a large vacation rental across from the beach. We were going to get our group adult beverages and condiments. We went into the store and the employees were hovering over me like I was a criminal. They also requested that we put our purses behind the counter while we shopped. I am on vacation and keep all my valuables and money in my purse. I am not letting total strangers keep my purse. They said then take it and put in in the car. I have no pockets so how am I suppose to pay for my large purchase. They asked three separate times to look in our purse and I obliged , which I feel after the first time they should have satisfied their paranoia. We asked for the managers telephone number and they declined to give it to us. So we asked for the regional managers number snd they refused . We asked fir that email and they gave us one. I have never had my integrity insulted...
