Bop's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Flowood

Never going back again. So to start it off with, we went through the drive thru and ordered our ice cream. We’re sitting at the drive thru window and the girl at the window takes the whole tip jar inside with her until we drove off, I guess she thought someone was gonna still their little tips. Side Note: was going to leave a tip until this happened. So we get out ice cream. My sister l finds a fly in the middle of her ice cream. So we call the restaurant, at first the girl hangs up on my sister, then my other sister calls them. So the manager is like come back to the store. Then we get there and he’s like “oh we can’t give you a refund to that extent. We don’t have flies (even though their doors are opening and closing constantly). So I’m guessing he’s thinking people are out here catching flies and putting them in their ice cream for 12...

I ordered snappy turtle sundae. They said they only had chocolate left. I asked them to get me chocolate mud sundae. After getting it and paying for it, I came home to find out there was crushed oreo and chocolate chips inside liquid cream. Immediately after calling them back, they told me to come back tomorrow and ask for another one.

Anyone can get an ice cream or sundae from grocery store. I think we all go to these places and pay more money for experience.

People working in the restaurants even demand tips which I think most of us give generously. But after all that if this is what happens, do I really want to take my family to these places?!

Well, I really like bops let's just put that out there but not to long ago I purchased a large ice cream in a cup and as I was driving and eating my ice cream I realized there was a hole in the bottom of my cup, from there ice was pouring out the bottom and I had no where to really put it so it made a mess, when I got home I called bops and I guess it was the manager, I hope not because she was very rude, I told her about what happen and she simply just said what should I do about it, of course u would expect to get another ice cream but didn't happen.. this is why I am giving this bops one star, thanks for reading and have...
