The price of the food ìs really high. The quality ig the food has really gotten bad. The online app is awful. Nobody at the store or at corporate office knows how to work the app. The employees didn't seem interested enough to solve any issues I had. The management didn't get involved at all. That was surprising. I thought it was part of their job to handle complaints. I worked in retail for years in a supervisory position. It was my job to do damage control with an unhappy customer. I couldn't get credit for a virtual gift card I had bought. They charged my debit card. After three different times over the next two months I tried to spend the $30. I finally asked for a refund after a lot of frustration from the store level to corporate not getting to where I could get credit for the card. I was told they needed the complete12 digit card number. All I had was the last four numbers because it was bought virtually. They finally, just two weeks ago, after I called the card division, debited the amount back to my account. I'll go back eventually because I've gone to Sonics for decades. I think they need to get the quality of their food comparable to the price. I don't think the store is Flowood will ever make the grade unless they get new management. Wait I’m wrong you just need an education on how to run a fast food store and first chapter should be ‘customers first’ or even ‘first come first served’. I hope the owner of this location reads this message and takes appropriate action and searches for a new manager. Your display of poor management affects underlings (you can research the definition) performance and attitudes during and after hours. Hence the reason everyone coming in and out the store was unable to give a hint of a smile at any customer not to mention just plain rude. Yes I lost my cool but most customers would with the unprofessional work ethic you displayed in front of your underlings and customers. Not once did anyone especially you (the so called shift manager) at the store assume there was a problem, which there was. I am 45% deaf in both ears and wear glasses because of my eyesight. Read moreI went to this location all through high school and enjoyed it. It was one of the spots to go to. Sadly it is now worse by every metric.
There is a minimum wait time of 15-20 mins no matter how busy they are. They get your order wrong 70% of time. And I've gotten food poisoning from there twice. The first time I stopped going for two years. I thought I'd try again, and bam got it again. If you're a fast food place that isn't fast, can't get orders correct consistently, and serve safe food you should be closed down.
This place has a proven downhill trajectory, I've given it every chance to get better and it hasn't. I will forever turn people away from this location. DO NOT GO THERE. There is a Sonic at Dogwood. GO THERE INSTEAD. It is still somewhat decent for the time being.
To whatever bum is running this place, get out of the food business and do something you actually know how to do.
