Bariloche Gourmet — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

My wife and l ate pizza 🍕 in many countries and cities in the last few years; this was, by far, amongst the "worst of them all". Indeed, the pizza was soggy with layers of thinly slice ham, unmelted cheese, and a thin and barely cooked crust! "We do not recommend this place for pizza." And, we can not comment on their other offerings yet the service and the overall atmosphere was good to very good!

Added comment to response from business owners: Thank you for responding, but we "did not" eat the entire pizza, and the plastic utensils indeed made it challenging to cut the pieces. Moreover, we were to complain directly to the front desk employee about the pizza but four young men were ordering at the counter and we did not want to interfere or discourage them from ordering or eating at your premises - not knowing what they were ordering. Absolutely wonderful Argentinian Cafe just off of Ft. Lauderdale Beach! It has off street parking in a small lot shared with a couple other businesses. Small but very welcoming atmosphere, very clean, organized, you can tell they take pride in the place. Customer service right from the start was outstanding!

I had the pizza slice, empanada and beer special they are running for $14. These guys absolutely knocked the pizza dough and pastry out of the park! Some of the best pizza and empanada I've ever had, and Fucundo who waited on me brought me a small sample of their traditional ham and cheese sandwich to try, once I finished. I was once again blow away! The bread was absolutely out of this world!

Make sure you order extra sauce if you decide to go the pizza route at this restaurant. We were given two cheese bread pizzas. When we called to let them know that they blessed us with some cheesy bread with skimpy toppings they thought the best way to deal with the situation was deny the fact that they forgot to put sauce on the pizza. Rather odd approach since we were staring at the pizza as we were on the phone with them. Plenty of other pizza places you should give your hard earned money to, customer service is certainly nonexistent at this establishment.
