Water Taxi Stop #F7 — Local services in Fort Lauderdale

Overall a fun time with minimal expense. Problem when booking through trip advisor the first mate can’t accept your digital ticket. They must take down your information by hand and write out the details of your reservation. Then they print a paper copy ticket which your must keep on your person all day in order to gain access to the water taxi at every reentry. Kind of a pain since I’m a digital pass kind of person. Total of 10 stops which the confirmation email doesn’t list all of them either so we could have ubered to a closer location from our hotel. And if you gps to the address for spot #3 pickup be sure to use water taxi spot #3 in the gps otherwise they drop you off in the middle of a housing development and u have to pay double to get to the 15th St Fisheries. Paid in advance for tickets for the Florida boat show, which is on their website for the Water Taxi. It says the tickets have to be in a box in advance. But the live tracking is not showing so it’s impossible to know when the boats are coming, and as you can imagine, it’s really busy with all the people at the boat show so I don’t wanna be sitting there for hours waiting for boats that are full. Wish I could get a refund but there are no refunds. I think it’s a good idea, but They really need to work on their app so that people can track the water taxis and be able to time it sitting and waiting for about 45 minutes. Two hours is not...

Was with someone who used a wheelchair. Had been told they were accessible. We walked to to stop near our hotel. Obviously not accessible. Walked to next two stops. NOT accessible . Called and told only one stop was accessible. We had to be there in 10 minutes. It was over 2 miles away and we had not arranged transportation. You cannot call on last minute to transport a power chair. Before PRE-BUYING our tickets, we had called and checked their map with marked pick up spots. When called asking for refund, they said they would CONSIDER it, but not at that time. Also if in a wheelchair, you cannot get on and off...
