One star is too many to give this pizza joint. For starters, I was told my food would be delivered within 45 minutes, which is already a heck of a wait time for a place so close by. After waiting for over an hour, I called to find out if the driver was at least on his way. The person I spoke with on the phone said he was on the way and then disconnected the phone...

My driver gets here with our food and tells me that we still owe $5.30. What? I ordered online and with my card, but apparently they only put a portion of the total bill on my debit card. So the driver called his manager to figure out what was going on and it sounded like she basically told him that I just have to pay it. Great. Now we had to go back to our room on the other side of the hotel to get cash for him and he had to sit and wait. We paid the remainder of the bill, took our food, and went back to our room.

I called Sarpino's when I got back to the room to try to figure out why exactly only a portion of my bill was put onto my card instead of all of it. I asked the representative on the phone to explain this to me and she couldn't. She just kept saying over and over that I paid X amount on my card and then had to pay $5.30 with cash, and when I asked her WHY they only charged my card for part of the bill she wouldn't give me an answer. She kept putting me on hold multiple times, and wouldn't even tell me she was putting me on hold. I'd just suddenly hear a click and then their hold message play. Finally, I was so angry that I demanded to speak to a manager. I went through the same exact experience with the manager. She repeated again and again that I paid X amount on card and $5.30 on cash. She put me on hold on two separate occasions and at one point simply hung up on me. At this point, I was livid. I called back, asked for the manager again, and went through another cycle of holds and shotty communication. By the end of the entire ordeal, I was put on hold THIRTEEN times and never received a clear answer as to why they made me pay part of my bill in cash.

As far as the food goes, it was the worst pizza I have ever had- and I've eaten at some pretty sketchy gas stations. The sauce was a weird highlighter pink goop and the cheese was more like congealed plastic than an actual dairy product. All in all, I would not recommend this pizza joint unless you like horrible pizza and horrible customer service.

PS. The delivery driver was fantastic. It was his manager and the other cashiers that more closely resembled a bumbling band of baboons than customer service...

As I ate my meal, I noticed there was no readily visible trash around my table. Consequently, I left the empty pizza box on the table after finishing. To my surprise, moments later, as I was leaving the restaurant, the staff member who had taken my order called out to me, questioning why I hadn't disposed of the pizza box outside.This was the breaking point for me!
