I ordered a pizza at 9:10 pm on a saturday night (3-30-24). It took an hour and a half for it to get here. When it got here, it was cold, there were burnt spots on the crust, hardly any philly steak on it. I tried calling the store 5 times, and got hung up on 4 of the times. The longest i was on hold was 50 minutes, adn then got hung up on. I can show screen shots where i got hte call that it was on the way, and the number of times that i tried to call to find out what was going on. When the person answered i asked why did it take an hour and a half for my pizza to get here, and he told me there was 20 orders, and they only had 3 drivers. It was order number 180 at the dominos pizaa at 900 henderson street fort worth texas 76102. Was told one of 2 different drivers would be delivering it. I got the call at 9:36 pm that the pizza was on the way. it didnt get here until almost 10:30 pm.
This is totally unacceptable. Is not my fault that the store did not schedule enough drivers for a saturday night rush. Maybe the store needs to learn how to do scheduling right so that incidents like this dont happen.
My husband is seriously ill (kidneys failing & liver issues) and he has a schedule he has to stay on for his medications as he also just had gall bladder surgery a couple days ago. When i was finally able to get the information for the order, it said someone named Lee made it & either Tyrone or Jase would deliver it. I also used the 20% off coupon for the order & it doesnt look like that was applied at all. My order total came to 20.11, and i gave a 3.89 tip. I used to be a manager in training for dominos, and this type of service would have gotten someone fired.

At 9:46pm the tracker said it was in quality control check, meaning it’s been finished being prepared. At 10:20pm pizza had still not arrived and tracker said was still in quality control check. I called this location and was told was on a two hour delivery time😳, however mine was going out in ten minutes, meaning it has been prepared and sitting out for 45minutes. At 11:20 my pizza had still not arrived, so I called again and was put on hold for 10minutes before being hung up on. I promptly called back and was told again a two hour delivery time and was told I could wait or come pick it up. I asked for the managers name and was refused by employee. Meanwhile my pizza and boneless have been sitting out for over an hour and a half. I asked to speak to the manager who did come to the phone. He explained that the driver was out on a delivery of 5 pizzas, and was probably going to be another hour. I asked how bad the pizza would be sitting out for over and a half, he said it’s kept under warmers. Manager said he could cancel order, I said I would come pick it up. I arrived to pick up pizza and boneless wings and Manager, who was sitting in back doing nothing, came out, found my order, and handed to me and at least apologized. Upon arriving home and opening boxes, the pizza looked burnt, and a few days old as did the boneless wings. The boneless wings had several extremely tiny pieces. Domino’s should be thoroughly embarrassed, whoever owns this franchised should be not only be embarrassed, but have have franchise taken from them. Read moreExcellent place for carryout, not so much for delivery. The food is great, and the staff is quick with preparing the food. However, the delivery is terrible. I've ordered several times from this location and the usual experience is the driver is about a mile down the road and, despite me giving them directions over the phone, they don't move, and I have to walk to meet them. Today the app said my food was delivered, but I didn't have the food. Thinking that the food was delivered to the wrong unit, I called the store and was told that the driver had called me multiple times (I show no missed calls, the manager read my phone number to me and they have the correct phone number), that the driver couldn't access the building (I can see the entrance from my unit and did see them enter and leave the building), and then that the driver could enter but could not find my unit. By this point, I had been waiting an hour for the delivery. The store's resolution was to contact the driver and have them turn around, which I rejected because by this point the pizza would have been cold. I opted for a refund, which last time I requested a refund it never arrived.
I probably won't order delivery from this location again and will instead use the carry out service. Again, the food is great but the delivery service at this location misses by a wide margin more often than not.
If you are ordering from here and have the ability to do so, I would strongly suggest carry out over delivery. I've never once had a complaint about the food from this location. If this were a one-off scenario, I probably wouldn't even leave a review. However, my experience today is about par for the course.
