This is the perfect place to go for school or work if you need a break from the library or office. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially one guy who is currently in EMT/paramedic school -- out of all the things we talked about, unfortunately, we never got his name. I had no idea what I wanted and I mentioned to him that I wanted something with caramel and chocolate. He immediately suggested the Roma Bianca, and his suggestion hit the spot. It had a very good mix of flavors and had everything that I was craving that day.
I ordered a large that cost $5.10 without tax or tip. The total that came through was $6.63, which was somewhat expensive, but fair compared to other coffee shops. Plus, we were there for about 3 hours working at the community table, so overall it was a good deal for a fun, different study spot with caffeine next to me.
A few of the downfalls - parking could potentially be very tough, especially during peak hours and on the weekend. We were lucky enough to get one of the 5ish parking spots outside the coffee shop. There is a Walgreens near by with a large parking lot, but you would have to risk being towed. For me, that would give me way too much stress to even get things done. Additionally, my friends and I sat at a large table in the middle of the place with no proximity to an outlet for my forever dying computer. There were plenty of outlets around the perimeter of the store, however it got fairly busy so either the outlets were being used or I would have to get in someone's business to plug in and charge my computer. If/when I come back, I'll be sure to bring fully charged electronics so I won't worry or think about it.
Looking at the menu, there were so many different things I want to try. Thankfully, I'm in school for another 30ish months, and I will definitely need multiple breaks from the school library between...

The baristas are always friendly and ask about your day. They have never messed up my order, which has been done at other coffee shops. They are also helpful if you can't decide what to get.
One day, I will stay at Buon Giorno long enough to try more menu items. The current problem is they have me addicted to their spiced Chai tea latte. It has a perfect amount of milk froth, is always served hot, and each sip is finished with sweet spice. I have been able to try their blueberry cobbler latte and it tasted exactly like blueberry cobbler.
Honestly, you cannot go wrong with their menu. I recommend saving your appetite and grabbing a panini or pastry here. They are delicious! I had the carrot cake the other day and it was so moist.
And the last reason that I love Buon Giorno so much is because of the atmosphere. They have different tables to sit at, unique decorations, great background music, and games! This is the perfect spot for a casual meeting, study session, or a get together...

If you're looking for something cold and sweet, you must try the Raspbaretto. It was so delicious that we had to get it another time for ourselves. The Machiato Espresso was nicely made and hot, if you're looking for something hot and stronger.
From their Panini Menu, we ordered the Breakfast Panini and Turkey Panini. The Breakfast Panini was great, but the Turkey Panini is definitely the winner between the two. Some chips came with our Turkey Panini (but not our Breakfast Panini), and overall, the Turkey Panini was just better in taste.
The reason I'm giving a 4/5 stars is although everything was mostly perfect, my friends encountered a rude staff member who couldn't give them the time of day when they asked about certain items from their menu, since it was our first time there. Overall, though, the food, drinks, and study environment...
