This was my first and last time I’ll ever have a pizza from here. It was like a real kitchen nightmare from a Gordon Ramsey episode. I don’t know how they can serve that! The pizza was super oily and just too much cheese. The pepperonis were stacked on top of each other underneath the cheese so the pepperoni was raw from not be able to cook properly which added to all the oil. Just too much pepperoni stacked 4 or 5 on top of each other not even separated. just lazy. The sausage was also raw cause with all the cheese covering it. it doesn’t cook properly! Looked like dog food. Super soggy dough and the floppiest pizza ever! When you pull a slice all the contents just fall off the slice and nothing stayed together. The cheese was like glue. I hate when places cook the toppings under the cheese! Sad part is I had to deconstruct it and cook it in my own air fryer to make it better. Sad place

The service was excellent. The person at the front desk of our hotel recommended Mancuso's Italian Ristorante for our meal during the first night of our stay. I could not have been more pleased. The homemade lasagna was cooked right then as I realized that the first bite was very 🔥. I had the Homemade Lasagna and a salad. We were served garlic bread 🍞 with the salad and our meal. Since our hotel was less than half a block from the restaurant, we walked.

Quaint little place with more than ample servings of great Italian food. Awesome meat sauce, large meatballs, tasty Italian sausage, veal picatta, and chicken parmigiana; all tender and delicious. Even willing to make minor substitutions with pasta as asked. Service was slow due to a miscommunication between wait staff, but overall it was a good experience with great italian food. They even have the infamous Chicken Riggies fron Utica, NY on the menu.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the food. I used to go here all the time in the 80s and 90s and 2000s, but it is not what it used to be at all. Everything tasted like it was frozen and microwaved. Doesn't taste fresh anymore. We went in no pictures on the wall anymore. Told they just painted. Songs kept repeating every 5th song. Told my boys how good this place was. After dining here, they were really hungry. The mozzarella, mushroom, and ravioli appetizers were good except the cheese was a bit cool in the mozzarella sticks. The sauce stuck to the pasta, pasta was dry, the chicken was dry and slimy on the chicken picatta, and the eggplant was mushy. The canoli's were tasteless and not fresh. I know y'all have never been a really busy restaurant, but your food was always spot on. Now it's just awful. Can't go to any more of these places that were once a long-time hidden favorite of White Settlement and Fort Worth like, Campise's Italian restaurant, all their stuff is frozen and microwaved as well. I know the owners have changed in some instances, at least changing the name because it's not the same. It's a disgrace. When a chain restaurant like Olive Garden, which they microwave some of their food, but at least it is fresh tasting and presentable, and they serve better tasting food than an authentic Italian restaurant does. It's...

My husband and myself waited 2 hours for our meal. The staff repeatedly came to us and informed us our meals were on there way out. Which lead us to believe, our food was coming !! The manager was VERY unprofessional!!!! He apologized to us informing us that our ticket had been lost, which was clearly a lie due to the fact that they came to our table several times to let us know our food was on the way. Which led me to believe they were checking on my order status!! When our food arrived the manger offered free dessert!! Really? The food was horrible! We took 2 bites and we were not impressed, the food there is pathetic!! I refused to eat my meal, and went to pay for the drink I had ordered the manager refused my money. And preceded to follow me out the door with confrontation, informing me that he was human and that mistakes happen!! Which i get, but telling me every 20 mins that my food is almost ready is unacceptable! Mancuso's is a customer service establishment, and being a human is no excuse for the hassle we as paying customers ( also human beings) had to endure!!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone, and i feel sorry for the people who won't see this warning before they waste there money! If you want a true Italian treat try Zio's off...

This place should be MUCH busier than it is. Now I say that having just moved to the Chapel Creek area and just having ordered takeout from there tonight... which would have been around 5pm on a Friday night. The place was about half full so maybe a little later it gets busier but if it doesn't, it should. The food is outstanding. My wife ordered their homemade lasagna and said it was one of the best she's ever had anywhere -- and we've eaten at some really nice restaurants all over this country. I ordered the chicken alfredo and it was excellent as well... the grilled chicken was done perfectly. Even the breadsticks were good enough to write about.... yeah, that good. So I know that White Settlement isn't exactly a hot-bed for Friday nights or excellent dinner plans BUT if you are in the area and looking for real - and really excellent - Italian food, you can't go wrong here. Give it a chance. It might not look like much from the outside... it does need a makeover in and out honestly, but you're here for the food, not for taking...
