visit: october 1st: went again since my gf and cousin havent tried kamayan, and we ordered a lot for a group of 4! chicharon bulaklak was good according to the ladies, I'd recommend the siopao too and the fried lumpia (shanghai).. skip the kwek-kwek cause the texture and flavor isnt right. we got sinigang na hipon, bistek, laing, sizzling bangus, pinakbet, lechon kawali, halo halo for dessert.. consistently 4 stars meaning it's not somwthing I'd drive 40 mins for. service is great as always. place is clean, lots of parking. visit may 26th: around noon place was full, and rightfully so. place is new-ish, opened in march 2025. can accommodate big groups by merging tables and would love to try them with a band. service is great, although there is a bit of a wait if you order the ultimate platter since everthing is made to order, so i highly recommend getting a starter first. bulalo didn't hit quite hit the spot, but a lot of foods served here (outside philippines) usually don't taste the same. i cant define what's missing though.. also the fried rice has a different texture to it, i have had many fried rice in the ph, perhaps if they had mang inasals fried rice it would be better (taste is okay, texture is noticeable).. pork bbq was very good -and the lumpiang shanghai (recommended) squid, was okay too.. didn't get to eat the chicken and bangus but had it to go. chicharon bulaklak according to my cousin and aunt was very good. halo2 according to them needs work. lots of parking. staff very friendly and they check tables. would try them again with band performance. prepare to spend...

If you're craving authentic Filipino cuisine in Central Florida, Kamayan Grill in Kissimmee is a must-visit. This hidden gem brings the bold flavors of the Philippines to life with standout dishes and a genuinely warm, welcoming atmosphere.
We sampled some Filipino favorites—kare-kare, sisig, and halo-halo—and each one was a hit. The kare-kare (oxtail in peanut sauce) was rich and comforting, perfectly complemented by bagoong (fermented shrimp paste). The sizzling sisig had just the right balance of crispiness and tang, served piping hot on a cast iron plate. For dessert, the halo-halo didn’t disappoint—layered with colorful ingredients and topped with shaved ice and leche flan, it was as refreshing as it was indulgent.
The service was another highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. It’s the kind of place where hospitality feels genuine, not forced.
Overall, Kamayan Grill delivers great food, excellent service, and a warm cultural experience that’s hard to find. Whether you're Filipino or just discovering the cuisine, this spot is well...
