When we showed up there were barely any donuts made so we asked when more would be ready. They said 15min which was cool. I ordered food while we waited for them to be ready. It was more like 30+min we waited. A big group of people came in and they gave the fresh donuts that we were waiting for to them and when I asked them about it THE FEMALE completely ignored me and kept selling the donuts. So, we waited and when the group left we asked about it again and they both (ALONG WITH THE MALE) became disrespectful when we addressed why they sold the donuts they know we were waiting for. They kept saying that we didnât tell them which ones we wanted when we in fact did! She got disrespectful and started talking real sideways to both of us. The man at least tried to defuse the situation once but then began repeating what she was saying and got real rude as well. We of course just ended up leaving because who is going to spend more money there after the type of service received. It was a nice looking place and vibe and we had a list of things to get the family that had been wanting to try it for the first time. I shouldâve just listened to the few people that told me this one wasnât the best one. And now I know. Will not be spending my money somewhere where they make the mistake, not even apologize, and try to act like itâs not a big deal. Making remarks like âwell are you going to wait for more to be made or not?â Like who are you talking to like that WHEN YOU...
Read moreThought I would try some Mochi donuts for the first time. Selection was super small and I got a glazed, churro, papaya and vanilla. I realize it was 7pm but thought since they were open till 9pm they would have a larger selection then the 5 or 6 donuts they had.
I had never had a Mochi donut befor and didn't know what to really expect. The first one I picked up slipped right through my fingers. The heavy what felt like wet dough was vary hard to hold. Then the bite was not good at all. I can't imagine they are supposed to have a texture and chew like a old damp sponge. Not easy to bite through. The way it folded in on my hand I got icing all over as it almost slipped away from me. So disappointed in my first taste of these. Not sure if I would spend that kind of $$ to give it...
Read moreThe staff and environment were nice. Confusing that we could sit inside because we had to go through the Juicy Crab door. The donuts are good. I'd say, if you're not used to eating Korean donuts, do know that the donuts do taste good, but the texture is different; it's more of a chewy donut than one that melts in your mouth and one donut seems to be enough. I love how they're made because they're easy to break apart and share. We tried all of them. Hotdogs are color-coded; stick tip is green for half&half, stick tip is red for original. If you don't like mayo, you should let them know because the Elote Corn has mayo and parmesan on top. Hot Cheetos dog is good the first day but not warmed later in oven or microwave....
