Oishi Latin Fusion — Restaurant in Four Corners

Went for an evening to have some sushi with friends. We were excited to try the fusion options. Unfortunately we left with a very sour taste regarding our experience. Primarily because although we were the only other party in the restaurant the food took a while to come out. The fried rice was salty, and the spicy mayo had no siracha spice. But ultimately what really made our experience disappointing was that we were all forced to pay in one check - even though we insisted we wanted to be separate, the server said she couldnt do it - which showed a lack of understanding and accommodation. Especially because she did not ask at the beginning. And also what made the evening more frustrating was that the server automatically added a 20% tip to our bill without informing us beforehand. I’ve had sushi in more than seven states across the U.S., and I can confidently say that Oishi has the best sushi I’ve ever tried. The quality, freshness, and flavor are absolutely outstanding. Every roll was perfectly made and bursting with taste.

The atmosphere is very pleasant—cozy, stylish, and relaxing, making it a great place to enjoy a meal whether you're with friends or on a date. The service was also really good—staff were attentive and friendly without being overbearing.

It was just so beautiful . It’s family owned by 2 sister and they were both just so nice. The food was amazing. We had gotten two rolls and an appetizer and I can definitely say appetizer came out less than 5 minutes after ordering and rolls came out about 15 minutes after ! for this place being smaller.
