Exceptional Service from Server Cody

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Martini and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by our server, Cody. From the moment we walked in, Cody went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of fantastic.

Cody's warm and welcoming demeanor immediately made us feel at ease, creating a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere. His extensive knowledge of the menu was impressive, as he expertly guided us through the various options, providing helpful recommendations based on our preferences.

Throughout the evening, Cody's attentiveness and efficiency stood out. He consistently checked on our table, ensuring our drinks were refilled promptly and addressing any additional requests we had. Despite the restaurant being busy, he managed to make us feel like we were his top priority, which truly enhanced our overall experience.

Moreover, Cody's genuine passion for his job was evident in the way he engaged with us. He took the time to engage in friendly conversations, showing a keen interest in our dining preferences and making personalized suggestions. It was refreshing to have a server who genuinely cared about our satisfaction and enjoyment.

Not only was Cody attentive and personable, but he also displayed remarkable professionalism throughout our visit. He flawlessly handled a minor issue with one of our dishes, swiftly resolving the matter to our complete satisfaction. His poise and ability to handle such situations with grace were truly commendable.

I cannot express enough how thankful I am for Cody's exceptional service. His dedication to ensuring our dining experience was memorable and enjoyable was evident in every interaction. His positive attitude and genuine care for his customers truly set him apart.

To say that Cody exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. His service was nothing short of exemplary, and we truly believe that he is an asset to your restaurant. We will undoubtedly be returning to [Restaurant Name] in the future, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Cody.

Once again, thank you, Cody, for going above and beyond to make our dining experience truly exceptional. Your professionalism, attentiveness, and warm personality made a lasting impression on us. Keep up the fantastic work!

Sincerely, Kara

Ps thank you for helping...

Where do I begin??

My wife and I decided to take a trip to Fredericksburg, TX for the wine. And yes, we did plenty of vineyard hopping while there. But this restaurant was completely unexpected.

After having dinner and cocktails at their sister bar, The Stable, we were encouraged to try out Martini's for dinner. We ended up going the next night and were greeted with the warmest smile from Hector! He's the man! He helped us get a few seats at the bar, seeing that the place was packed! That night, they had live music (female singer, guitarist), playing some of the most well-known jazz classics.

Their cocktails were delicate and made with the utmost care. Pictured below was their Mojito and Lemon Drop Martini. We also started with their Shrimp Cocktail, which I was pleased to see had fresh shrimp (pictured below). That night's fish special melted in your mouth (pictured below).

In fact, the dinner was so incredible, we came back immediately the next morning for brunch, which far exceeded our expectations. Pictured below is their brunch menu, as well as a few drinks and entree's we ended up devouring! Might I add, the "Sterling" Bloody Mary includes fresh shrimp, crab leg, lobster tail, beef jerkey, and celery!! Named after the man himself, Sterling served it up with a smile.

I could go on and on about this place. HUGE shoutout to Hector, Sterling, and Liz, as they were incredible at making us feel at home throughout our multiple meals here. In fact, Liz was our waitress at both Martini's and The Stable, their sister restaurant! She greeted us with the best smile and made us feel like regular's from the very beginning.

Owners of Martini's and The Stable: If you want to be extremely successful in the future and make these two restaurant's into something great, DON'T CHANGE A THING!! SERIOUSLY!! I will be talking about these places for years to come. And you better believe they will be our first stop when arriving in Fredericksburg...

First things first - they don’t take reservations and they get busy in the evenings. So, the best time to go - start of happy hour or early evening/late afternoon. Our recent trip to Fredericksburg had us get there Friday for happy hour and then Sunday evening around 7p for dinner. We walked in, sat at the bar on Friday for happy hour and had a blast. Went back Sunday evening, waited an hour and 15 min for a table for 4 and had an amazing time. Well worth the wait!

We had a few things on the menu during the weekend trip. For starters: Shrimp Scampi, lobster mac, calamari and artichoke dip were phenomenal. Crap cakes were ok for us. We typically prefer a more crunchy coating and thicker chucks of crab, but these here were flavorful but not crunchy and more of a smoother crisp mixture. Still good. Scallops were cooked very well but lacked flavor. My wife’s fav was the shrimp scampi and mine was the calamari. Toasted honey topping might scare some off thinking it’s sweet, but it’s not.

For entrees: the Ahi Tuna Burger was by far one of the best things I have eaten. My wife’s surf and turf was out of this world. If you choose the asparagus as your side, the stalks are thick, tender and seasoned well. Our friends had the shrimp and crab boil with Old Bay seasoning and it was delightful. They got the Cajun seasoning on the side to try, and it does pack a punch. Waitstaff is amazing, decor is great, bathrooms are spacious and clean. Make sure to stop at Martinis when you visit Fredericksburg because you won’t be disappointed. I’m not a fan of waiting long for restaurants, but this place I will. 5 stars all the way - our visit Friday for happy hour was 5 stars and even after we waited about 30 min longer for our table on Sunday evening, 5 stars still was there....

A well oiled machine, this place is. Beer, wine, cocktails, *mocktails -fully stocked bar with a staff that knows how to make you a quality drink and work very well together to take good care of you. *I'm not drinking alcohol right now, so seeing the mocktail menu listed right on the menu made me feel special. Thanks y'all. Small, nicely appointed restaurant. Very tall ceilings and big windows on one side. Long bar with comfortable stools. We ate at the bar. Lively place. Trendy, high end vibe. Adult focus. The oysters Rockefeller were very tasty. Lemon, butter, and garlic balanced each other out. None were over powering. I got the Barramundi plate. The fish was set on top of asparagus with butter and capers. The asparagus was large, so halfway down the stem, they were tough. But what I did eat of them, was tasty. The fish was perfectly cooked and delicious. My husband had the Ahi Tuna Steak. Cooked rare, beautifully plated. He said that he enjoyed it very much. Glad to finally check the place out. It's bright and beautiful. Food and drinks are high quality and you can tell experienced people are working here. The staff works very well together, making it a wonderful dining experience. Great job y'all!
