This was our first and last visit to WW. Where do I start… The fryer was broken - no fries. The mixer was broken - no shakes. They could not make the sandwich my son ordered (meatballs) because they were out of meatballs or some other ingredient. We first wanted to sit inside but that meant we would have had to clean a table (the tables were covered in food scraps). A salad and two sandwiches were made first and we went outside to arrange the tables while our son’s sandwich was being prepared. He stayed behind to wait for it. After about 10 min we went back to check what is going on with our son’s sandwich. He said the staff did not speak English and they were making something instead of the meatballs. The sandwich they made was the most pathetic piece of food - one slice of chicken or turkey and one slice of cheese. No veggies or any sauce or dressing. My wife’s “sandwich in a bowl” - a salad - that costs extra compared to a regular sandwich was equally pathetic (for a salad). The kicker on top of this is the register DEMANDS you pay a tip of 20+% while placing your order. We ended up paying $80 for three below-average sandwiches and a salad. We have not fully explored the sandwich scene here in this area, but we already had infinitely better sandwiches a very short drive away. Take your money elsewhere. Edit: 1. Your sandwich comes wrapped in 9 sq.ft. of paper and 8 sq.ft. of foil. Obviously, it would be better if there was more substance in the sandwiches than trash that goes to landfill. You can pay for all that in crypto. Again, maybe there should be more substance in the sandwiches than in...
Read moreUpdate: To my surprise, the owners were VERY QUICK on responding and handling the issues I had. I have to say with the utmost faith that this is a franchise owned business that cares about their customers and their experiences. Now, I still prefer the silverthorne location, but having the peace of mind knowing that these locations are really trying their hardest to maintain a proper business ethic is satisfactory. Being up here in summit, the pool of which you can hire from is very limited, and very skewed. You either get great employees, or employees who only care about the paycheck. I truly believe that the issue here is that it's hard to find good employees. The issue however, has already been resolved and I will remain a recurrent customer. Thank you for being a business who looks out for their customer base. 😊
Edited Original Post: Was disappointed with this location. I have attached a picture of my sandwich and order. I clearly labeled lettuce, tomatoes olives and banana peppers. Instead I got meat, cheese, bread and sauce. I just sucked it up, ate half the sandwich before the saltiness got to me, took this pic and gave it to my roommate. I got a half made sandwich, and a disappointed expression on my face once I got home. I will however give this location another try seeing as management is actively resolving the issue and personally...
Read moreLove Which Wich, but what happened today (Feb 21st 2021) blew my mind... My wife and I went into the store a bit before the opening time (realized that after the whole thing happened). After finishing the order fill-out, I said hi to the only staff cleaning in the back kitchen (a young man). With the machine humming in the background, my wife thought he did not hear it and raise her voice and said hello. This young man for some reason burst into rage and threw the towel he was cleaning into the sink and walked towards my wife yieling "did you see I was cleaning?" My wife was shocked, and I almost got into a fight with him. I have no clue how this happened, and why he is making such a big deal about it yielding at my wife. The owner is very nice though, and offered us free sandwiches while we were waiting in the Starbucks next door. Based on other reviews, this is not one off scenario, better staffs is definitely...
