Native Roots Marijuana Dispensary Frisco MED/REC — Local services in Frisco

I'm adding to my "4 star, no comment" review in response to the owner asking what it would take to get 5 stars. Props to the owner for being so engaged in the customer experience.

I went to the shop with a family member from out of state who was interested in trying CBD products for arthritis and other ailments. I didn't feel the selection of CBD products was as wide as in other shops I had visited. I hoped to find more variety in ratios of CBD to THC. If I recall correctly, Native Roots offered 1:1 and 10:1 products but not a wide variety of them, especially in edibles. There was maybe 1 edible option for each ratio where I wanted to shop many options for many ratios. I'm talking 1:1, 3:1, 10:1,chocolates, gummies, drinks, patches, etc. I also like to see pure CBD options like the CBD water, for example. Space is limited and I think this shop made fine choices for what to offer, it just didn't line up 100% with what I was shopping for that day.

The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable and patient, taking time to explain the options for the products we were shopping. The store was clean and there was no wait. Also, the bag for the products was unique for an out-of-state shopper and we were given free stickers.

The only dispensary I have ever purchased flower that does not sell their product brand "Green Label" properly sealed to protect the integrity of the store or consumer. I'm not sure about any other brands but if you purchase from this location make sure your purchase is sealed properly. The last four purchases from this dispensary did not weigh and were not sealed. I reached out to store management, he called his supervisor/superior, and they didn't seem to understand how my purchase did not weigh except for the fact product does tend to dry out. The manager gave me his supervisors email address, I sent pictures of each product I purchased on scaled showing their weight, and I have not received an email in return. Anyone else buy Green Label brand from this location and experience the same issue? I paid money for a product that weighs and I expect good customer service in return by giving me product that weighs! Flower doesn't dry out that much to be as short as I was given!! I do NOT recommended this dispensary location unless you purchase sealed container products....

WARNING before you go.. just rude people

I'm Canadian and I give them my driver's license.. they tell me I need my passport... I show them a photo since I dont carry my passport for security reason.. they tell me I can't come in... My brother is here and has his passport so he's allowed to go in. I'm just telling him what I want since they won't let me in. Then woman working. With dreads basically tells me I can't talk to my brother. Rudely.. they are obviously letting him buy products for me.. yet they rudely say I can't speak to him a out it. What a joke.. do not go here if you want rude people who do t want to be helpful.

On top of that the guy who said that I couldn't go in, went at surved my brother and just gave him 4 packs of shatter or wax that I had told him I was looking for.. didn't ask my brother anything just gave him what I had generally wanted.. this is some of the worst customer service.. they clearly broke...
