Amazing Coffee Experience at Conex Coffee! If you're a coffee lover, Conex Coffee Company is an absolute must-visit! The laid back trendy ambiance, coupled with the friendly staff, sets the perfect tone for a relaxing coffee break. The coffee itself is top-notch! You can tell they use high-quality beans, and every cup is brewed to perfection. I tried their off the menu Irish Coffee with Coconut milk that was recommended, and it was absolutely delicious—smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The baristas are true professionals and clearly passionate about their craft, taking the time to create a drink that not only tastes amazing but looks great too. I also love the variety of pastries they had to complement my special coffee. One of our FAVORITE finds on our trip! We stopped in for coffee after watching the sunrise on the beach and MAN! The pastries and coffee were fantastic!! The service was top notch we had been talking about how rude the people were at the businesses we had visited during our trip but the girl behind the counter here was FANTASTIC! Very sweet, friendly and helped with some suggested places to try while in the area! I wish I could recall her name but if you were the woman working Wednesday, June 26th 2024 at 7:30am, you made it a fantastic experience and your boss should be proud! This place is literal perfection. The Galveston charm and airy atmosphere is almost as amazing as the quality of their coffee. I haven’t been able to drink coffee without triggering a migraine for about a decade… I took a chance on this coffee bc they boast clean beans that they roast themselves (aka no mold)… NO. HEADACHE. Y’all. I can’t even get that at home. I’m sure I’m not the only one out there that has suffered.
