If you’re looking for a meal that defines indulgence, look no further than the 18 oz bone-in ribeye steak topped with smoked chipotle butter. If you love appetizers I would suggest the loaded truffle fries before your main course. It’s the kind of appetizer that’s impossible to stop eating — perfect for sharing, though you’ll secretly want the whole plate to yourself. At first glance, the steak is a showstopper—beautifully charred on the outside, juicy and perfectly medium-rare inside. The chipotle butter slowly melts over the top, infusing every bite with a rich, smoky heat that complements the steak’s deep, beefy flavor. The sides elevate the dish even further. The spicy green beans have just the right kick-tossed in a light spice blend that wakes up your palate without overpowering the main attraction. The smashed potatoes are pure comfort food- buttery, and loaded with smoky bacon pieces that add a satisfying crunch. As you finish up your main course-I suggest you leave a little room for dessert! I had the chocolate mousse with raspberry glazing....beautifully presented and just a taste of perfection. Our waiter Tallas delivered a five-star service with heart and professionalism. His attention to detail and genuine care turn a great meal into an unforgettable experience. Also, Chef Matt came by and greeted us and spoke with us about the details of our meal! Pretty cool to have the hands that prepared your food to make sure he delivered an unforgettable meal for your family. This restaurant is a hidden gem high above the Smokies—where stunning views, local flavor, and warm hospitality come together for a dining experience you’ll be talking about long after...

I had just settled in my room and decided I’d do supper and have a drink. I chose to sit at the bar, Nick, the bar manger as excellent. Seriously made me feel like a VIP, went above and beyond. So friendly, answered all my questions regarding menu and drinks. I took his recommendation for my dinner, the ribeye! Spot on! Excellent, tasty, just delicious. I now have a new local beer to TN he introduced me too. It was a WIN WIN. I had breakfast twice while there ….breakfast buffet had a ton of choices. I chose to order an omelet second visit! The Summit, it was perfect. You really don’t ever have to leave this hotel! Food. Drinks. Rooftop. Pool. Etc. I never moved my car once I arrived. Walking distance to other places if you choose. Now for the view, exceptional panoramic view from the rooftop and my room as well on the 4th floor. The indoor and outdoor areas were gorgeous, from the decor, the sitting areas, the atmosphere, all peaceful and serene. They will begin having music on weekends on the rooftop. That I am so looking forward to returning for and fingers crossed some of my favorite bands! Special shout out to Nick, as well as the other staff and of course the chef …...
Read moreMy wife and I stayed at the Indigo Hotel and decided to eat dinner at the rooftop bar and lunge on Friday night after arriving. There was no host and we had to stand around and wait for a server to come by. We were sat immediately, right by the window with a fantastic view of downtown Gatlinburg.
Service was OK, but that was due to only having 1 server (that I saw) on the floor. Drinks took a little long to arrive, and the main course was obviously left under a heat lamp for too long.
The gnocchi was delicious and the bread pudding for desert was the absolute best I've ever had. Everything in the middle needs work. I got the filet which was delicious and very tender, however, was overcooked. The seasoning tasted like McCormick's Montreal Steak & the "demi-glaze' was brown gravy mix. & asparagus was slightly overcooked but seasoned well.
Overall: This is a fantastic spot! Great views, plenty of seating inside and out. Would not...
