Ko Juice — Restaurant in Glendale

If I could give a zero- that would have been the rating. I was a dedicated customer until tonight. I ordered two halo halos but something was expired. I feel strongly it was the milk. Both my daughter and I could smell it had something expired. My daughter drinks milk everyday and can tell expired milk.

Anyway, we went back and all the “manager” could respond was that none of their ingredients were expired and since nobody else complained all day, nothing must be expired. I asked for a refund as we gave back the halo halos and he refused saying since there was nothing wrong, he couldn’t give a refund !!!! I was completely disappointed and angry at how this was handled. Completely horrible. I’m not eating something I know is expired - is he waiting for me to provide proof of diarrhea...

My friend and I went there just by accident and it was really good. They didn't have the coffee my friend likes, but they made it just for her and she said it was different but really good. Their drinks were really really good. I had smoothie and it was awesome. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We loved it. I will definitely visit again. Always a pleasant time when I come here! Customer service is always on point and they are always very quick and clean when serving the customers. I always get The Classic because I like my drinks simple and refreshing! The Ube Flan was also AMAZINGLY GOOD!
