This review is long overdue for the Subway on Long Hollow Pike. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I moved to Goodlettsville eight years ago and occasionally stop by for lunch or to grab something for my family. Quality of food is always good and environment clean. One day, I was so hungry that I ran down there for a sub, but when it was time to pay, I realized I had forgotten my wallet. I was incredibly embarrassed, but the staff treated me with kindness and told me to take the sandwich and come back to pay later. Being an honest person, I ate the sandwich in my car and immediately drove home to get my wallet before returning to pay them. I don't know many restaurants that would do this. Since then, I have held great respect for the owner and their compassionate approach to service. I hope the same kindness they showed to me continues over take them when they need it the most for their family and business. Thank you and may God continue...

Finally she asked me if I was ready to order I gave her my order Tell her what I wanted told her I didn't want a heated asked her for my sandwiches to be wrapped individually She have them puffed I thought she was going to blow my house down. They told us we had to order it online, however every other subway allows you to just order it in the store without doing it online. So I order my two sandwiches online and tried to pay with my debit card but their system kept errorying us out. They said there was nothing they could do and weren't very nice about it..
