Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Greenfield

My wife (who is Celiac or is allergic to gluten) and I went in one day and ordered a gluten free pizza. We know the place isn't completely gluten free but we've never had a problem and we like their pizza. This time when my wife asked the manager who was making our pizza, if he could "please use a new spatula for the sauce". We know this isn't a cure all, but it helps make sure she doesn't have a reaction. As if he was ready for us to say that, he goes on a 5 minute lecture to us how they are not a gluten-free chain, and they didn't have time to do this, because they were too busy (which they weren't) and that he understood what Celiac is like since he knows somebody that is. Meanwhile the other employee was taking special requests to their pizzas (which they had time for). He embarrassed my wife in front of the other customers. We know they're not GF, and we weren't asking them to clean the whole place. We've been to many other Papa Murphy's that were very willing to take 30 seconds out of their day to humor a customer and continue to receive business from them. It's hard enough to find a food place that we trust to make something relatively gluten free without a employee making my wife feel stupid for going in there like she's clueless how her...

Looking to do some thing different with family involvement..how about baking your own special pizza... What a wonderful Pizza Establishment. when entering the store you are greeted by the pleasantly and happy staff always a smile and very presentable ladies. the ingredients are always fresh and the choices ar plentiful,they even have special deals at times. They will put any of the items they have on their menu on your request. they will even put half on one side,half on the other, they will split the the difference on the same ingredients on different parts of the pizza and are happy to do it.. The service is very fast so waiting is minimal and the price is very good. In my opinion Papa Murphy's is a reasonably priced pizza and you can have a fun pizza party that is cheap. We accidentally got two salads instead of a salad and garlic monkey bread with our pizza like we ordered. The restaurant made it right and told us to keep the salads because they couldn’t take it back when it left the restaurant. Not sure we’ll be able to eat all that food but we seriously appreciate the great customer service , they went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back to this particular location. The best pizza...
