Service A+++, Ambiance A+++ Food was good, but not exceptional for the price. Presentation of the food was beautiful. Party of 4: Drinks: Good but everpriced Starters: bread service with added caviar butter, katsu squares, raw oyster with blue fin tuna. The katsu was a bit disappointing. The steak was tough, which was surprising. While I get the reference to Japanese milk bread. There's no difference in taste and appearance to common white sandwich bread. The 4 fluffy bread rolls were a hit. The amount of caviar on the butter could have been more. The raw oysters with blue fin tuna was a big hit for the two that ate it. I believe that was the highlight of the meal for them. Mains: Chilean Sea Bass, Blue Fin, Dover Sole, and Grouper Out of the 4 mains, it was agreed that the dover sole and grouper were the best. The sauce for the sole was amazing and was what set it apart. Bites without the sauce were not as good. Unfortunately, I came across a few more bones. Sides: Asparagus and Risotto. Nothing exceptional. The asparagus could have used more seasoning and the ends trimmed to avoid the fibrous tough ends that are not edible. Again, the sauce was what made it. Without the sauce, it wasn't good. I love asparagus, but this didn't hit the mark. Dessert: Corn Cake and a special chocolate and strawberries option that the server offered since the menu didn't have a chocolate option. The corn cake was good but too sweet on it's own and even sweeter with the other components. The whipped butter was too hard and should have been softened to spread on the cake to enjoy it better. It was pretty to look at, but too hard to be functional. Nothing special to note about the chocolate. All-in-all: Everything was eaten. It was good, but not quite worth the price point. The service was amazing, though. The online menu and prices need to be updated as the prices have increased and items available have changed. Updating the menu as it rotates should be a priority for fine dining. Example: sole online is $65, in the restaurant $75. The website in general needs to be done over to reflect a fine dining experience, it's a bit scattered with too many "moving parts"...

The Food: Beautifully Presented & Expertly Seasoned
Grilled Octopus: Exceptionally tender with just the right amount of char. The smoky flavor and delicate seasoning allowed the octopus to shine, while any accompanying garnish or sauce added brightness without overpowering the dish.
Ribeye Steak: Perfectly cooked and deeply flavorful. The seasoning brought out the richness of the beef, and the sear gave it a satisfying texture. A true standout for steak lovers.
Red Snapper: Light, flaky, and cooked with precision. The seasoning was subtle but effective, enhancing the natural flavor of the fish. Paired with fresh accompaniments, this dish felt both refined and satisfying.

Then came the lobster rolls—a revelation. Generously packed with fresh, sweet lobster meat and lightly dressed to let the natural flavors shine, served in a perfectly toasted, buttery bun. Every bite was rich, satisfying, and indulgent without being heavy.
