Hello. This was my first time going to Dunkin’. First of all when we drove up to the Drive-through we were not greeted and when I asked “may I please place an order”…her rude remark was “I already asked you and you didnt respond.” So I said “sorry”. Then we wanted to add an additional coffee to our order repeated it three times…and when we got up to the window she said we only ordered one coffee She indicated she couldn’t confirm the other coffee…after we had said three times exactly what we wanted. so I still paid for my coffee which I did not drink. Our donuts came out with no sprinkles… and our glaze donut had dirt on it. I called the office there in Hanford and the supervisor working said she could not give me the name of the employee and then she hung up on me! I tried calling back and the phone was busy or off the hook. so what I don’t understand is who these girls think they are and think that they could treat clients like this. If I had not order donuts for my kids I would’ve just drove right through after she made the initial statement that she “had already asked me and I didn’t respond”. Read moreThe girl who helped me was not polite nor was she pleasant she had attitude and was rude. she put all but two of the six donuts I ordered incorrect in the box she up charged every donut 50 cents. The pricing menu said half a dozen for 10 dollars something cents. The menu pricing did not say only certain donuts were included in that price and it should because that’s false pricing. Also I asked for 2 maple bars I got one maple and one chocolate I was standing at the counter ordering no other customers in the place she didn’t repeat in question form about 2 maple bars and still did it wrong and three other donuts I did not order were in the box the ones I did order were not. How can you get it wrong when I say 2 maple bars she puts them in the box then I say one bear claw she puts that in the box and so on. How do u mess Thur up so bad? I truly believe they purposely mess up the orders and think it’s funny. And why is there never any response to any of the reviews from management or owner. THis should tell u something. The place needs to be shut down or needs replacements for the currant. employees . I will never go back not to just this hanford location but any Dunkin as they all represent each other being a chain. Read moreToday was not the greatest, I had decided to treat myself so went through the drive through at this Hanford location to order two chocolate frosted donuts. The cashier hands me my bag as I handed her my card. I peeked in my bag and said, "I didn't order these with sprinkles". The representative/cashier said loudly, Ma’am I repeated your order back to you"! I responded to her, "I didn't hear the word sprinkles, I had repeated to you just chocolates frosted....either way I don't want these”. She said, “fine wait I'll correct the order”. When I reached my hand to her and offered back the donuts I said, "oh hey would you like these"? She says, (after loudly sighing) “ yeah!” she reaches over and snatched them out of my hand. That really upset me, so after I drove away with my donuts I phoned the manager. That was not called for, nor was it professional. Everyone has a bad day, but good grief. I pray her evening goes better. Lesson learned…no more donuts after 7. I will more than likely not do drive...
