We went to dine-in, the drive thru was packed. We walked in, the place was clean and well staffed. A short wait we ordered, however the lobby music was so loud I couldn't hear the cashier. (we regularly attend concerts, so we are used to loud music. The music was too loud for a family restaurant.) We sat on the patio, our food was pretty quick! We each got a 3 piece combo, and I wish I'd have gotten a larger order because it was delicious! The Txas toast was just right, and the fries were perfectly cooked. The chicken was freshly breaded, and perfectly prepared. The Cane sauce was good, but could have had a little kick to it. Hubby had the fresh lemonade but there are no included refills so he got something different. All in all a great value. 2 -3 piece combos for about $18. Now that the hype has died down, it's worth trying. Friday night and drive thru was full thru parking lot, so prepare to wait.

My wife is from Texas and said she always used to go to Raising Cane's because it's delicious. So I said let's try it out since we found one in Hanford. Atmosphere and service was great. We ordered the 6 piece meal (3) and extra bread because my wife said the bread is the best. To make a long story short I could have easily gotten great value breaded strips, great value tots, and great value Texas toast and warm it all up in our air fryer at home; and would have paid less than half of what I paid for and have had a better meal at home. I paid about $56 for mediocre falling off the chicken breading, random small pieces of thin oversalted fries, tasteless bread (although the texture was perfect), bland Cole slaw, and average sauce. Great value fry sauce tastes better than Raising Cane's sauce. Over priced below average food and we will not be going back. For such a limited menu I expected the best.

For all the hype I've heard on how great this chicken is, I can't say it lived up to the hype, but it's damn good chicken. Easily better than it's fast food competitors. I'm a little spoiled being from the south, so my fried chicken standards are pretty high. Fries were pretty tasty, but standard. The coleslaw, again I'm southern, was ok. It's what I've come to expect from fast food coleslaw. The lemonade is was perfect! The young man who took our order was professional and kind, very cheerful. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. If I can find it on the receipt, I'll amend my review.

I came to the drive thru. Sat with no answer while the other lane was moving. After the 4th car in the other line going ahead of me I put it in reverse and jumped to the other line. After I did that my original line started moving. Frustration started there. Once I finally got to order I said "I would like to redeem the caniac club bix combo." Gave my drink option and proceeded to the first window. Guy opened the window and said 15 and some change for the caniac combo. I said no I wanted to redeem the box combo from the caniac club card. Manager got involved. The manager told me that I can't redeem the caniac combo. I said I know I said the caniac club box combo redemption was what I ordered. He said next time just say box combo and made me feel like I was 100% at fault. I addressed the issue with the line and me have to jump line due to no service provided and he didn't care. I moved to the last window for the food and they said are you the one that ordered the caniac combo and changed to the box combo. I said no I ordered the box combo. They said we'll we already made the caniac so here have a great day. Again making me feel like I was the one at fault. Very disappointed. Will never eat...
