This place is AUTHENTIC Italian food if I've ever seen it. It was excellent! From the food, to the server and the music. You have to bring Jeanne and her husband back. Their music and voices were amazing. Now the food was great. Im really mad at myself because I forgot the picture. I did get the side salad picture though. Portions were huge where you really feel you got your money's worth. Delicious marinara and the alfredo sauce to die for. We both got chicken parm. He had a side of angel hair pasta and I had the chicken parm with a side of fettucinni alfredo and a side salad. The manager came around and talked a while with us. And Hannah our server, dear Hannah. She was outstanding! She knew her stuff. She was beautiful and presented herself with class, knowledge of the menu and attentiveness to the customers needs. She was a joy to talk with. WARNING! Now the cons. I wish there weren't any but...there is. No handicapped parking that we saw. We even went around the corner and never saw a space. The lot across from the restaurant is gravel. You can't push a wheelchair in gravel. My husband parked on the side of the building and had to push me all the way around to the front of the building in the street since there is no ramp to get up on the sidewalk by the parking lot, at least that we saw but in all fairness, it was dark. The ramp in the front was extremely steep for him to push me up as we are elderly. Don't even try to push a wheelchair from the sidewalk to the entrance ramp because the ramp is at such an angle, the wheelchair will mist definitely turn over. Then the seating at the restaurant. If it is cold, windy or rainy we could not go to this restaurant. They have outside seating but no inside seating for handicapped diners unless you walk up a steep flight of stairs, so me being in a wheelchair, that couldn't happen, we'd have to leave. They had seating at the bar but I definitely couldn't get up on a tall bistrow chair. We watched this family with a toddler and a VERY pregnant mother try to come down those steps. She had to go down sideways because, bless her heart, she couldnt see the steps in front of her because of her big mommy tummy. She certainly went very slow and I could see she was struggling. Her husband couldn't help her because he was trying to navigate himself plus a very little and active toddler down the steps to keep her and himself from falling. I literally held my breath. I told my husband I just couldn't watch. I was too afraid one of them was going to tumble down so I looked away. I was disappointed knowing I won't be able to go much longer as the weather is getting cooler now in the evenings. Luckily last night it was nice. Other than this I found it an outstanding...

Francesco’s is the kind of place that makes you fall in love with Italian food all over again. From the moment we stepped in, we were enchanted by the ambiance, two floors of spacious dining, with a lively open bar on the first level and an elegant, intimate terrace upstairs where we chose to sit.
Our server, Tabatha, was phenomenal. She walked us through the menu with such detail and confidence that we trusted her completely, and she didn’t miss a beat. On her recommendation, we started with the meatballs, and from the very first bite of that rich, flavorful sauce we knew we were in for something special.
Every dish impressed: the Scampi Fettuccine, Rigatoni alla Vodka with Chicken, and Eggplant Parmesan were each crafted with freshness and flair. The sauces had that rare balance, deep, layered flavors yet so bright and fresh that we found ourselves passing plates around the table just to savor everything.
Cristian, the food runner, deserves a mention too. He delivered each dish with a huge smile that made us feel the pride behind every plate. It’s those small details that elevate a meal into an experience.
After dinner, we stopped at the main bar and met Salvador, the General Manager. Our conversation with him tied everything together. His passion for Italian cuisine, his culinary studies, his vision for Helen, and the history behind Francesco’s. You can taste that passion in every bite.
Helen never disappoints, but Francesco’s has already climbed to the very top of our list. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this is a restaurant that’s absolutely...
Read moreMy husband and I recently visited Francesco‘s Restobar while visiting the North Georgia mountains for vacation. After enjoying German food earlier in the week, we decided to give Francesco‘s a try after reading some of the reviews. I honestly set the bar very low because after living in Italy for a number of years when I was younger, I’ve missed the true authentic Italian food. However, the manager Sal and his team at Francesco‘s exceeded my expectations! We were greeted warmly and were seated right away, even after calling ahead to see if a reservation was needed. I ordered an Aperol spritz and Burrata for an appetizer. The Burrata is what sold me immediately!! The cheese was absolutely divine sitting in the bed of greens and tomatoes! My husband ordered Chicken Parmesan for dinner and I had the Rigatoni al Pesto. Both were sensational! Our server,Brenda, was absolutely amazing and was attentive to our needs the entire time! I raved about the food and how authentic it was… she immediately shared my feedback and went to get the manager Sal! We talked about flavors in Italy and when our meal was complete, Sal brought tiramisu and limoncello to the table. Both were absolutely divine! My husband is quite picky (lol) and stated that the tiramisu was the BEST he has ever had! Do not dismiss this place! There is a real gem here… We hope to visit again when we return...
