☆★☆★☆ Really enjoyed the experience.
Would recommend to anyone visiting Helen or passing through. From folks that tour for escape rooms or even if it your ¹st time.
The staff was welcoming, and helpful as they were knowledgeable from the experience and what to expect to encounter, to the local area and venue's.
The wife and I are looking farward to planning a trip in March to revisit for the opening of an Alice in wonderland theme room.
Our ¹st escape was the hotel.
A HUGE thanks to the whole staff from the front counter to behind the scenes. Y'all have a great team. Putting together the rooms, challenges, props, puzzles etc.
Special thanks goes to Matt
We Look forward to our next escape In Helen! Worth the 2:30 + ride for us for the experience.
(Edit) We came back with the family. Group effort from all of us. I can't say it enough of how much fun this was, for all of us. Yes we did escape wonder land in under and hour. Tried for the leader board, and enjoyed every minute of...
Read moreWe had a lot of fun here and the ladies were great running it. My only complaint is how they treated my service dog. At first they tried to tell me he would have to go in a stroller or something and couldn't be lose in the room because he would get hair in it. Then they wanted me to go put him in the room by himself well we finished getting ready so other guests wouldn't have to be around him. I of course, did neither and tried to explain to them how that's not legal and my service dog is considered medical equipment which does not leave my side. Although they were very hesitant and a bit combative at first, I believe they were able to see by his behavior he was a real service dog and they softened up quickly allowing us to enjoy our time like everyone else. I do hope they educate themselves on the ada laws and regulations (which are federal law) so no one else has to be made to feel the way I was at first. Definitely recommend trying them...
Read moreThis was my husband's and I first escape room. I tried to get him to do one before but never succeeded, but he was willing to try this one. The way it was explained to us impacted alot of what we could figure out. We were told that we didn't have to look under anything or behind anything that everything was insight and that was not true that impacted us looking for certain things and finding certain clues. With help we made it out in 59 minutes. Not exactly the escape room experience that I was hoping for and now that I'm thinking about it there was certain places that we really should have looked because we did the misery room. The workers need to be clear on how to explain things to people to make sure that it's understood properly and the people can get out with success. Otherwise it was pretty fun I don't know if I would do another one but it was okay I should have listened to my inner...
