We ordered the plain waffle with dairy free chocolate sauce (homemade with coconut milk base) and pineapple Juice originally. Arrived around 45 min before closing.
Only one person working, taking orders, making waffles and serving.
We waited 30-40 min, she was backed up trying to finish the 3-4 orders before us. By the time she was making ours they ran out of the plain waffle mix and we were offered the pumpkin one instead (has not released yet!).
When the order came out there was butter on top, and my bf is sensitive to dairy. Riley kindly made us another one, she was really positive and kind despite the sudden changes.
Next time we’re back I hope we can try the plain one :(, I was hoping for more of a chew but overall extremely happy that this place is celiac safe, gluten free with dairy free options. I hope it stays celiac safe!

The biggest disappointment was the large waffle, which came with only a small amount of syrup. I asked for more, but I was told that syrup is an additional charge. Given the size of the waffle, this just didn’t seem like enough—especially for my husband, who’s a bigger eater. Also, the banana-shaped waffles don’t come with syrup either, and you’re charged extra for that. I expected the price $14 for a waffle to reflect the portion size, but it felt like the additional charges...
Read moreABSOLUTELY love what ‘aiwi waffles is doing. They care about each ingredient and care about what they’re serving up. I confirmed via SOS seed oil scout that they’re completely free of seed oils! It’s so hard to find seed oil free (think inflammatory oils like canola, soybean, rapeseed, vegetable oil) options anywhere… look no further ‘aiwi waffles offers seed oil free options and they’re delicious… I inhale their sourdough waffle every time… if I have friends visiting, this is a must try stop for us! Thank you friends at ‘Aiwi for what you do. We love every order we’ve made with you — from your ube, mochi, sourdough… down to your grass fed beef wrapped with waffle on a...
