Pavilion — Local services in Honolulu

I lived here for 3.5 years from 2019 until 2022. The apartments are around 550 ft². They have double lanais. In fact to be honest I rarely used the lanais after I'd been there for about a year. But when I did use them I sometimes would do my workouts out there. They are quite spacious.

One side of the building faces the mountains while the other side faces the ocean. We were on the Mountain side. In fact, I think the Mountain side is better because you don't get direct sunlight in the morning time, so it is less hot. The building is secured, having an elevator wherein you need a key fob in order to utilize it. There is also parking, usually one assigned spot for each unit. The place is within walking distance of many restaurants as well as Central Waikiki, and even Ala Moana shopping center. Beaches are also within 10-15 minutes walk.

There's a small swimming pool and sauna on the rooftop level. Fort DeRussy Park is right across the street. You can walk to Don Quijote also a very short walk away.

It is really an excellent apartment and location, and I really enjoyed living here, I would definitely live here again if I ever go back to Hawaii. I kind of wish I would have bought a condo here back in 2019 and then I could have rented it after I left...
