I'm really happy about my experience here! The owner was clearly swamped working by himself and so he couldn't take online orders so we went ahead abd drove to his food truck! Despite being alone he handled every customer with a smile and it warmed my heart to see how kind he was with his customers!(when I told him my name for the order he was so happy to have reconized my name and that i made the trip out despite not being able to fulfill the online order) He never let the workload get out of control! He seems like such a good man with such great food options! As a vegetarian I was getting sick of eating the same thing over and over on out 15 day Vacation but this was a golden gem on our trip! I was so happy to come here! The food was cooked very well and I love that everything was vegetarian! I'm sad to have discovered this on my last day but I'll recommend it to everyone. I got the crispy chicken and my wife got the Aloha burger with fries and it was all perfect. This man deserves all the credit in the world for his food and I think it was way tastier than Moku Roots across the street! Thank you for giving me the best food on Maui sir!!

This food truck is located in the Safeway parking lot with a few others. You'll know you're in the right place when you hear sweet sweet death metal playing on the speaker. I knew then that this was my kind of vegan place. I ordered the falafel wrap. It had a slaw of some kind, some great sauce, and housemate 3 falafel balls. These falafel weren't totally smooth inside, but chunky, so mentally prepare for that. It can be jarring for those of us who had a previously thought they knew what falafel felt like. It was good. Just a bit dry. I wish it had more of that kickass sauce. The husband ordered a container of the BBQ pork fries. Don't worry, it's vegan pork. It was awesome. I could eat so much of those fries, no lying! The dude working in the truck was kind and friendly. If you're a vegan or like vegan fare to make you feel good about yourself, stop here and try it out. If you have the sweet potato and black bean burger, let me know. I wanted to try it but didn't get a chance to.

Just...Wow!! To the food, to the service of the people working on the truck, to the whole amazing experience. Seriously, a GEM of a place. After a more difficult experience finding a place on Maui to cater to some ingredient allergies I had (non air ones), the folk at this place listened to my questions, knew their food business super well to offer options on the truck and even changed my whole perspective on vegan food!! Wish I had discovered this place earlier - all of our food was delicious, fresh, left us full and feeling well - the taro burger, the chicken sandwich, the pulled pork were such fantastic quality that I would definitely prefer them over other places (and over the non-vegan options) I had tried before around where I live on the East Coast. Serious kudos to the genius minds and super friendly folk running this place - I feel the love and compassion you put into all that you do. You guys would do amazing if you ever expanded to the East Coast! Thank you!!!!

I wanted to love this place. I was looking up vegan options in Waikiki and came across this food truck and the reviews got me to go.

THE SERVICE..... Was odd, I got there and as I was choosing what I wanted with my husband and 11 month old I noticed there was a sign that said student discount/show your id. So as I ordered I let him know I was looking for my school ID. He gave me an odd look and said "I can't give you a discount if you're ordering for a group" it was confusing he would reference my husband and kid a group but I said forget it .... And I completed my order n he said "well the discount is for Hawaii/Hawaiian" or something like that and I was REALLY confused how he can look at me and assume I'm not Hawaiian/or go to a school in Hawaii. Mind you the sign doesn't say 10% off for UH students.... For one meal. He just came up with these extra rules. But again I said forget it. . . He then asked for my name and when I said Kahemalani he said "oh I'm sorry" n offered to discount MY food and ring up my kid n husband food different.... I said no because at this point I'm offended because now he's sorry because he realizes after I tell him my Hawaiian name that he may have misjudged..... After all that I still paid $68 and wanted to love the food

THE FOOD......I ordered a Gyro, my husband got a chicken wrap.... And I got veggies and rice for my 11 mo old. A hibiscus drink a Snickers and creme brulee. I only liked the creme brulee..... The chicken wrap had something spoiled in it. Maybe the sauce or rice but it wasn't edible and tasted spoiled. The gyro was fresh and I ate it all but it didn't have much flavor. I honestly didn't even feed my kids the veggies and rice..... It was steamed veggies and a side of sauce..... Just looked unappetizing.. the drink was okay. The Snickers tasted more like a mound/lots of coconut n I don't like coconut shreds.... The creme brulee was amazing!

There is also an odd 4% inflation tax. I would think that should just be reflected in the actual price instead of a surprise...

A vegan diners dream come true. By far some of the best vegan food I have ever had. OMG, these dishes are the dreams of foodies everywhere. This Food Truck is a food lovers dream. If you are not vegan but love decadent, flavorful and delicious food then you have to try this place! YUM! YUM!!

Location is behind the Azeka Strip Mall this food truck is a must go to place!!

Customer service is on POINT! Kind, friendly, and quick service. We met the co-owner who was kind enough to help me navigate the menu as I have specific dietary needs. They were kind and helpful. I was so very impressed by their kindness.

I can't even begin to describe the delectable food that comes out of this food truck. Not to mention the kind customer service.

I got Thai tacos without any tortilla as I don't eat grains. The co-owner asked me if I would like some salad with it at no extra charge. I told them I didn't want to bother them as it was my diet. However, when they arrived the tacos had been placed on a bed of salad. How wonderful is that? It really touched my heart!!

The flavor of my tacos was out of this world. The flavors were wonderful, texture amazing. Just writing about these tacos has me salivating.

My daughter got the Phish tacos and pulled pork fries. OMG, I tried the Phish and not only was it out of this world delicious but the flavor and texture will fool your brain into believing it is fish.

The Pulled Pork Fries were the bomb. Again the flavor, texture fooled my brain into believing that I was eating pulled pork. This dish is so decadent. I could have made a meal of just the pulled pork fries.

The Kombucha here was unbelievably tasty and flavorful. The house has a variety of flavors of Kombucha flavors. As a matter of fact, my daughter and I came back just to get Kombucha.

A special thanks to the employees! Thanks so much for being so kind and serving food that is OUT OF THIS...

This food truck hands down has the most delicious food. Even better.....it's plant based. I visited this location last year when we visited Maui and had the chicken sandwich. It was bomb. I started following them on Instagram and have been dying to visit them on our next trip. Well...our next trip is here. I tried the Thai chicken tacos from the Kahului location which were incredible. Very rich and full of flavor. Also tried the nozzarella sticks. The marinara that comes with it is so good. Tonight I tried the pulled pork sandwich from the Lahaina location and they did it once again. Out of this world!!! This food truck is such a darn treat!! To top it off, the guys that work these trucks are awesome. They're always so friendly and are genuinely excited to give you good food. At the Kahului location the guy who gave me my food told me he was stoked for me because he could see the excitement in my face. Even the Lahaina guys are amazing. Just so friendly which is what I was need more or in this world. Mahalo Earth Aloha Eats for being as amazing as you are and for giving us vegans a scrumptious option and something to look forward to when visiting this...
