My recent visit to Cj's New York Style Deli left me with a rather disappointing impression. From the lackluster service to the underwhelming quality of the food, my overall experience fell short of expectations.
Upon entering, I opted to place my order to go. Unfortunately, I found myself standing by the counter, waiting for assistance, while the staff members, who appeared disinterested and unmotivated, simply walked by without acknowledging my presence. This lack of attentiveness and customer service was disheartening and did not set a positive tone for the rest of my visit.
The food itself was a letdown as well. I ordered both the turkey sandwich and the steak sandwich, hoping for a satisfying meal. However, the steak sandwich arrived in a rather perplexing manner—with a whole steak instead of slices. This made the sandwich difficult to eat and even harder to chew. The presentation and preparation of the dish were subpar, failing to meet the expected standards.
Similarly, the turkey sandwich failed to impress. The flavor and overall quality were underwhelming, leaving me unsatisfied. To make matters worse, the accompanying fries were served cold and stale, further contributing to the lackluster dining experience. The combination of these disappointing elements left me with a sense of dissatisfaction and a desire to seek out other dining options.
Considering the issues I encountered during my visit, I cannot recommend Cj's New York Style Deli as a worthwhile dining destination. The lack of attentive service, coupled with the mediocre and overpriced food, does not align with the standards one would expect from a deli experience. It is my hope that the management addresses these concerns to improve the overall quality and customer experience.

Waited 10 minutes at the stand for 6 employees to walk by ignoring me. One said they would be right with me then proceeded to serve four new takeouts before ignoring me. Finally a blond thin lady sat us.
I ordered a basic hamburger and fries with a coke, medium well burger. The burger was raw inside and the bun greasy and squished. The fries were bone cold.
My companion ordered a pastrami Reuben that looked better but they got the order wrong and brought mac salad instead of his fries.
I had to ask for hot fries which were brought after we finished eating. Then I had to get up to ask for a Pepsi refill and to pay my charge.
As I was leaving a nice elderly couple came up to say they couldn’t eat their undercooked food and my server Tiffany started arguing with them that since the wife had taken a bite they still had to pay.
Rude service, bad food, and pigeons landing on all the uncleared tables. For a 5-star resort Hilton needs to get a better vendor here.
I still paid my total bill of 47 for two meals and a drink, but since I was ignored and our food was wrong and bad, I don’t offer gratuity for this experience.

Read moreA ONE STAR REVIEW IS GENEROUS. we ordered two cheeseburger kid meals to go. one was fine but the other wasn’t even our food. it was a meal from a separate restaurant that was half eaten. we took it back to the restaurant and after we told a worker about the situation, another worker stepped up and starting laughing saying that it was her food and she had switched them around. she was laughing and going around telling the other workers about what she had done as if she was proud and it was funny.
we demanded that we spoke to the manager and when he got out there she told him what she had done and laughed while telling him. all he did was shake his head. we got our money back but this experience was unforgettable. as we were walking away we saw the manager and the worker and all they did was talk as if they didn’t care.
in the front of the restaurant you will notice that there is a counter with the registers on it. that’s right next to where they prepare and serve the food. the worker who switched around the meals had been eating her food right next to the kitchen and where peoples food is served.
