Did not receive the great dining experience which I was hoping for at all. My ohana flew in from Hilo and wanted them to enjoy a great lunch. I took my nephew to eat here because of my past great experiences only to receive very poor customer service. The server did not welcome us. She was a younger Filipino girl wearing a lot of makeup and light brown drawn on eyebrows. She was very impatient when she asked eating here or take out. Nobody was behind us. I asked my nephew if he was hungry enough to finish his plate. She heard that, rolled her eyes, and exclaimed loudly, just order to go then! I couldn’t finish all of the broccoli as the sauce was too overwhelming.
SERVICE: Staff were friendly and food service quick. The chickens were hot, fresh and chopped to order.
OVERALL: I’d patronize them frequently if they ever...
