Rock 'N' Roll Hibachi — Restaurant in Hot Springs

I am a frequent traveler, I have eaten hibachi in other places. I like to frequent small places. I am a lover of "Lo-Mein". I was visiting Hot Spring, and I don't understand how this truck can have recognition. Firstly, the Asian owner is very rude, she doesn't know about customer service, secondly, the waiting time for the food is about 45min, so I thought the food will be great, but unfortunately the dish came with hair included, rice rubbery, I let her know and the lady's attitude was more aggressive, she asked me for the plate back and she returned my money, I have never received that quality of service, I have reviewed the opinions and several agree with the lady's attitude and hair in the food. Not a food truck I would suggest. the owners of the other trucks were very nice and polite. Especially the owner of the ice cream truck. The lady was horrible and nasty and kept hanging up on me the then said it was her husband who kept screaming and hanging up on me. I was just wanted some answers on what they charged me. They knew they had messed up because they kept blaming each other of who’s wrongdoing. Me personally think they should both get help in managing a food truck and how to treat there customers. They both could use some therapy or counseling.Last time I went there was when the two of them was in the food truck fighting and screaming at each other. I had said was never gonna go back there even when one of them stabbed one another. But horrible place to eat at when they screw you over now it’s your fault that they over charge you. Let me first say I read the reviews which lead me to eat here. I saw a heap of people @ the food truck & knew it was delicious, but to my surprise the food is packed on a plate with a yucky taste & gummy rice not to mention the foreign big lady said she’s the owner & she’s rude as hell!!! I’ve never been so disgusted with one’s behavior. I asked who’s the owner & she said she was. I advised her about the nasty behavior she has & the guy apologized & said that we’re just busy.
