2 months ago they had quite a few reviews and averaged 3.6 stars. Looks like they deleted them and started over. Now they only have 3 reviews with 5 stars. Here is my very honest review. Elderly and handicapped not welcome! Can not believe the ramp is on the opposite side of the building from the handicapped parking. So you have to go all the way around building up the ramp to the back of the store tontuen around and go all the way back to the front of the store to order. Makes total sense right? Prices were high which were expected but felt cheated. It was my first time there and the girl helping me knew that. After making a 3 scoop (smallest scoops I have ever seen) for me and a 3 scoop for my mom that had to wait outside, the girl asked if I wanted toppings and the way she asked made it sound like they were included. Remember I told the girl it was my first time. I picked 2 toppings and she used less than half of the little spoon used to eat the ice cream to sprinkle on top. So I was shocked when I was getting charged for 4 toppings at the register! The entire experience sucked. It's super busy and I'm in line trying to call my elderly mother from inside to tell her all the flavors and find out what she wants while in line being rushed by employees and people behind me that are pissed off that I'm on my phone. But you can't see the damn flavors without being in line. They are not understanding I'm also on the phone because this place had no care in the world about how people with disabilities or the elderly would get in thier store. Just baffling! The scoops were so small I just can't believe it. I would never go back.... waited for so long for them to open. Beyond disappointing and will continue going going to the other homegrown creamery in the Heights where none of this is an issue!!!!! Now let's see how long before this review...

I just want to let someone know how horrible our experience was coming here for the first time. My family and I really wanted to get ice cream and found this place.

There was a lady working by herself and the place was empty. But right after we walked in, more ppl came in behind us. There was a line and I felt so bad for her that she had to run cashier and make ice cream sundaes the same time.

But then I didn’t feel bad as for the attitude she had. She started rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing, gave attitude when people wanted to try ice cream. I totally understand the tasting part and being miserable so I didn’t even bother to ask if I could taste the odd flavors.

But what really made me upset was how she charged us and didn’t even start on our order and skipped the next ppl in line and went straight to yelling “does anyone know what ice cream they want?” And proceeded to get their order before even starting on mine or asking the correct people next in line behind us what they wanted.

That is incredibly rude to me. How can you start on other people’s orders before even starting on the one you didn’t even start?

And I’m really bothered that gloves were not used nor did she have a hat or hair net on. She had long hair that looked like it was ready to fall into anyone’s ice cream at Any moment. I’m so disappointed after leaving and feeling grossed out because I’m not even sure she used gloves when touching my bananas to make my banana split. Sanitation is not her strongest asset. She would dip ice cream right into the sprinkles and spill sprinkles all over the counter.

I don’t think we’ll ever make it back in. Just wanted to let someone know before other people get the wrong impression of what cloud 10 wants to come off as or find hair in their ice cream. I think quite a few people left and didn’t even...
