I recently visited a local restaurant with my brother, and our experience was disappointing, to say the least. We ordered two plates: mine was $13.99 because I got honey walnut shrimp and chicken, and my brother's was $11.99. Unfortunately, the honey walnut shrimp did not taste as expected; Panda Express does it better.
I approached the staff to express my concerns about the shrimp, and they offered me extra chicken and a free egg roll instead of a $2 refund. When I returned to my seat, my brother was complaining about the food, saying it was nasty and that he felt sick, although he liked the orange chicken.
After trying just two pieces of my chicken, I decided to ask for a refund due to the poor quality of the food. I informed the staff that I would pay for the orange chicken my brother ate and the egg roll I received but requested a refund for the rest. The staff member rudely told me they would only refund $10 out of the $40 we spent, which was unjustifiable considering how little we had eaten.
The manner in which we were treated was incredibly rude and disrespectful. As someone who works in the food industry, I can confidently say that I have never treated anyone the way we were treated. It also felt like we were being racially profiled because we are black, which added to the discomfort of the experience. No later than a hour my brother began throwing up complaining of his stomach hurting and had to take him to the urgent care and told him that he had food poisoning. Yall are completely unprofessional and to the men I was talking to go take a class about basic manners and customer service your attitude is nasty as hell. It’s not my problem that your IQ levels are low and you’re mad that you work in a fast food place at your big age if you’re unhappy with your life just say that. I hope you learn something about this day and don’t racially profile nobody ever again.
Overall, the customer service was atrocious, and I will never return to this establishment. They need to improve their service and treat their customers...
Read moreAs walking down the food court, I stopped at this restaurant to try a sample (they had 3 different flavors up to try). I tried one sample, and while reaching for a 2nd, one of the employees grabbed a plate and started pouring rice in it, asking, "what do you want?". I was taken aback, as I initially wanted to try all 3 samples on display before choosing, as I was planning on eating here.
Long story short, the employee, in a very aggressive and rude demeanor, told me, "no more samples!". I was flabbergasted by the level of disrespect. I asked for his name, he refused to tell me. I asked to speak to a manager, he refused, as did the other employees.
I attempted telling the cashier the situation, as he also refused, and he simply ignored me. HORROBLE service ti say the least. I came next door the chick fil a, a place where they know how to treat customers.

I have already been waiting in line. I told him if he paid attention, he went to be very disrespectful and arrogant ignored my request and kept on with other customers . I asked what his name was. He refused to give me the name.
