The service, lately, at the early am shift during the week is inconsistent and depends on whoās working. I can get a great smoothie one day, maybe two days straight and the next a liquified drink. I ordered a smoothie and it was liquified. I asked the young lady that made it to exchange it because I wanted a smoothie, not a drink. She initially tried to give me some excuse as to why it was like that but Iām in there almost every other day and never received it juiced. She asked me how do I want it? And did I want more ice? Heck I donāt know how to make them lol thatās why Iām here! Maybe this was her first day? Iām not sure but the āsmoothieā I received was for sure a juiced chocolate mood. She apologized and remade it. Once remade it came out great (you can tell she was frazzled as the line was growing). She was also there working by herself and messed up another person prior to me. Management please get her some help in there and train her before you lose an employee!
I will still go back as most of my visits...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI witnessed this yesterday: the manager took a dirty cup from a homeless guy who walked in and demanded ice! she dipped the dirty cup in the crushed ice they use to make smoothies and handed back to him!!!!!! they have a ladle to scoop ice to make smoothies but she DIPPED THE ENTIRE 20 oz CUP FROM A HOMELESS GUY IN THE ICE! when I confronted her and the other employees she responded do you want to call corporate???? I said I want you to accept the mistake you made and dispose all that ice and sanitize your hands! she ignored and continued her routine making drinks for the other customers and used the SAME ICE! I honestly think she was on something and was high! I asked her name and they all refused to respond kinda like they were afraid of her. Now, I am a long-time customer and former employee of Jamba Juice, and I understand servicing people late at night is not the best; I did plan to leave a tip for at least serving me but I didnāt expect to have no customer service. The Team Lead in particular showed no care and even huff and puff as she took my order.
