Such a disappointment. I was visiting Houston for the first time when i went to try this food for the first time due to how appealing and beautiful their menu and pictures look but after all i was disappointed. I paid a total of $22.70 for Shrimp, Fish, and Chicken tenders on a late afternoon shortly after they were closing. They ran out of everything i wanted to try so i picked what ever they had. I went home that night only to find out that they never gave me my $6.46 fish i ordered. I was upset but calmed and contacted the place and spoke to the manager who apologized and asked me to send the receipt through text message and he will see if he can refund me my money. One week went by, didn't hear from him, i texted no reply, After almost 3 weeks now i called and he picked up upset and telling me that he couldn't believe i have been calling him about a fish i never got. Guess what? People work very hard for every dollar in this country. Nothing is free. For you to take my $6.49 with out giving me what i paid for is a crime. He also claimed that he was only going to give me $4 and it was going to be through check. What kind of business is this? You paid for food, never get your food, and the manager is upset that your pursuing your refund. Unbelievable. He wouldn't even let me talk on the phone and explain to him that i wasn't calling just because of the $6. I was calling because of the bad service i receive. You said you were going to give me back my money and now you are hanging up the phone on me because i want to get my money back. Well, if your rich and $6.49 means nothing to you, good for you. Know that not everyone has the money you have and people work very hard for every penny so at least when they come and pay for your food, give them the food they paid for. NONSENSE. never again would i eat at this place. I had my fare share of this game. I am done. You can keep the money and i hope it would...
Read moreI was actually going to get a fountain drink beverage from the gas station diagonal from this restaurant called Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken until I seen a sign that said open for business so I decided to get a drink plus a whole meal which concluded a 2 piece leg & thigh, substituted the fries for some wholesome red beans & rice with cut up sausage in it!!! Everything was so natural in flavor meaning I did not have to add salt or pepper it had it's own seasoning along with a kick of black pepper. Anyone looking for food with no salt this is the place. It was not salty like some other restaurants. They even asked you would you like to dine in? I haven't heard that phrase in while. Even though they did still practice self distancing within the restaurant. You still had to mask up when ordering. The restaurant was clean and they even welcomed customers as they came in. They even had music playing on the intercom. Very soothing. The atmosphere was pleasant. Some customers sat and ate , some ordered over the phone so they can come and pay and leave. Then some customers ordered in person and waited. There ladies rest room is over stocked with toiletries and it is very clean. I give this place two...
Read moreI normally have no problem with this location but today was totally different. I went in to speak with a manager because my card was used 3 times for more than a hundred dollar transactions. My bank told me I could go by the establishment and see what could be done before the transactions process thru so that's what I did. I went in, asked to speak to a manager, and after telling the manager the situation, he tried to make it seem as life I was lying. Even said the initial transaction I made 2 days before wasn't showing up in the system. I told him I'm not sure why because it shows up on my account and even showed it to him and he still denied all charges. I'm starting to believe either he knew about the fraudulent charges because it's him doing it or he will do anything to protect his employees. Either way, he was very rude and I hope when people go to this establishment they are careful and to make sure to check their accounts for...
