Within seconds of walking into this establishment I see a coworker helping a guest at the counter. No problem with that right, until she turns to the back and yells very loudly “Hey! There’s guests here in the front!”. A few seconds later this very sad and tired looking girl comes from behind the back. The one who yelled grabbed her stuff and then said she was going home. Now with this poor sad girl who looks like she hasn’t had a day off in a month takes my order. She was professional but moved kinda slowly. Maybe she was high idk. While waiting for my food I can barely hear the friend I came here with who sat across from me due to the loud and tacky music blasting throughout the building. On top of that I can barely hear the sad girl calling names. Hoping my chicken wouldn’t get swiped I had to put all my attention into that. After getting my food it was okay. The fries were kinda soggy and weren’t salted enough the toast was fantastic and the canes sauce was great. Coleslaw how about cole-naw. Now the star of the show. The chicken fingers. It’s funny how it’s the only thing this place sells as a main dish and it’s this bland, unseasoned, undesirable chicken tender. It’s laughable a chain like this could be so successful when their primary item is as bad as it is. I don’t think I’ll be back for a while. And please give that...
Read moreLook, I'm just throughly unimpressed with the food itself. Atmosphere is good but that isn't what makes a restaurant great, it's the food. I've been a cook at both Chicken Express and Chick-fil-a, and this place can barely hold a candle to those 2 places. Firstly, Raising Cane's is basically relying on the sauce alone for flavor, there is no flavor in the breading whatsoever. Don't get me wrong the chicken quality is good, but you can't ignore the horrible breading. Second, the amount of fries you get seems like a lot but it's not, they are just really small, and on top of that almost always soggy. And lastly, the "toast" they give you is just soggy with a little more flavor than the breading, so still not impressive. It's an easy fix to bread your chicken better, make sure it's covered completely and doesn't flake off with just a little touch, if that doesn't work out maybe change the coater or flour you use, it could also be the process. Adding a little more flavor to everything is, yes, going to be a little more expensive but worth it in the long run. Now if you want to keep those things the same, at least give more options for sauces and seasonings. I didn't even finish the food I was given because of the lack of flavor. Overall, I paid way too much for the quality of...
Read moreThis is a good place to eat however their staff needs to be a little bit more friendly and attentive. they weren't to the rude rude side but they weren't exactly friendly either. They acted almost like they were obligated to even bother to take your order but once they do you get your food quickly so far it's always been good we've come here about 3 or 4 times and like I said as far as the workers they're not outright rude but they're not friendly either, so I gave them a 4 for the food. I would say they are great with cleanliness in this store. the only thing I can say I don't like about the restaurants is the friendliness in customer service. Okay so this is a new post well an edit to the post I did but a new update the store has started doing much better with our friendliness. The last few times I have been in there they have been very friendly and did not act like it was a bother to take my order. So at this point I can't say with this particular store there's anything wrong that I've seen the store is clean bathrooms are clean the food is good and the workers are friendly so I'm changing the rating...
