Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Hutchinson

Went thru drive thru gave me 2 sacks of food were not mine gave them back. Pulled up into a parking spot went inside and the girl that waited on me went over to a counter that had close to 7 to 10 bags on it and hollered at 4 kids standing around and told them nothing was to go out the window and she grabbed 3 bags and brought them up to the counter by me and rummaged thru them and asked me if I got a receipt and I said no and then yell at one of the kids to wait on the person standing next to me at counter then she went toward the back and the kids were all standing and whispering to each other and looking at me and then she came back up front and asked me again what I ordered and then yelled at another kid to fix my drink and then she handed me 2 coupons for 2 free meals and then handed me a bag of food and said do I want a refund of the difference and I looked at her puzzled and so no their should not be a difference but then she said well anyway is there anything else she can help me with and I said no I just won't to go home. I left and went home and got home and pulled my food out and it was cold and just thrown about in their boxes and in the sack. So do you ask if I think I want a refund and I think 2 coupons is enough corrections for this total mess and for all the people behind me in line or before that got home and discovered that they 2 had the wrong food. So yes I think I deserve a full refund of my 18.00 meal and then some and I hope that the staff working the 7pm shift last night get a good lesson in customer...

Went here with my fiancé and food was really good. Fiancé went back to order custard. His number was called and before he could get up to get it, we watched a worker take it to a table with a large group of people, sit there with it for a minute and then gave it to a child to bring back to the counter where it sat for 5 minutes and started melting before someone called out the number again. Fiancé went up there and told them we saw this custard go to someone else and be brought back and one of the managers was very happy and willing to make a new custard for him. We were very happy that the manager took such good care of us, but it was a little disconcerting that one of the workers was the one who took a custard that clearly wasn’t theirs off the counter and walked away with it and sat down when it looked like he was still...

We go to Hutchinson every several weeks from Pratt for my doctor’s appointment, so we always stop by to eat at the Freddy’s. I am happy whenever I see that Conner is taking orders. He is such a friendly young man. You can tell how thrilled he is to help people and how proud he is of his job! I have never written in like this, and I have been so moved by Connor’s contagious attitude, that I felt compelled to write in. Conner is sure in his element when he’s up front working with the customers! He makes me think of my oldest son every time we get the pleasure of coming into contact with Conner!
