"Tobacco Free" vape.
My wife went in for a vape and I am unable to vape anything with nicotine for medical reasons. She asked the cashier specifically for a vape with none and she handed her a tobacco free vape, but it had nicotine. My wife paid, walked out the door, then noticed that it actually had nicotine, but not tobacco. She didn't even make it to the car before she noticed, turned around and went right back in. They refused to make it right and told her the policy is no returns. I understand the policy, but it was matter of principle. Good customer service would have gone a long way.
