Robert and Abrahaim (hopefully i spelled his name right) were extremely attentive as well as helpful. Abrahaim took the time to assist in getting my numbers ported over from my previous carrier, even staying after he clocked out to answer questions and assist in the activation process. Robert was very attentive from the start and never pressured me. He was extremely patient during the hiccups of porting over my numbers, and never seemed bothered over the length of time everything took. This store has horrible customer service. I’m not one to leave reviews but this store told me they could not help me whatsoever. There were 3 guys there, one customer and it looked like the other guys didn’t even want to help me. I then called a cricket store in Wichita and they were confused why the one here could not (or more like did not want to) help me. I drove all the way to Wichita for them to switch my phone in less than 10 minutes. It could have been in the store in Hutch. I have to give them 5 stars because of the service they provided to me every time I wanted to the store, and believe me it's been a lot of times many many times, stores always clean the staff is always helpful, and you can't beat the prices especially on the unlimited plan, the phones are great they work like you're supposed to and when there's a problem and staff is always ready to help, the store manager herself has always been very helpful, she's always very nice and kind even though sometimes my problems are not real problems but that I don't know how to work the phone sometimes, highly recommend them for their service and for...
