do not eat here pick a different Burger King. This is one location I wish I could give no stars to. It is franchised by an Asian family who doesn't seem to be able to run or operate a business. They fix my order wrong cost me over $30 and they refuse to fix it. They refused to apologize for any of the orders and they do nothing to correct it. I wish corporate would take it back before they smear the name of Burger King. The manager's quite incompetent she doesn't seem to know what she's doing and doesn't care. They blocked the dining room so you can't come in if you get an order wrong you have to wait back in line for them to tell you you're not going to get it fixed. The price had enough salt off to give someone high blood pressure or a heart attack. Kids couldn't eat them. Chicken sandwich is overcooked and tough. This is the worst ran operation I've ever seen in my life. If you don't have enough people to operate the four restaurant don't open it if you can't do a good job and fix the food right don't open the restaurant. A note to Burger King corporate quit selling franchises to foreigners who don't understand the English language or...
Read moreWe visit Burger King before their lobby is open about once a week. Recently, the croissants have been very dry and not warm. Last week when we made our trip to Burger King, we weren’t given a receipt nor given our order correctly. We ask for a meal rather than just a sandwich and a drink. We were actually charged more because the meal is more economical and less money. When we drove back around, the woman argued with us that she did not Take the order wrong that we did not ask for a meal. We explained that we actually paid more for the sandwich and a drink, than we would have for meal and ased if she would give us the hashbrowns. She refused and told us she could give them to us for $2.60 if we drove around. We don’t need this kind of money. We can buy lots of hashbrowns or, even a Burger King! However, the service was unbelievably awful and customer service person in the restaurant rude. Years ago I was in charge of customer service for a major department store and my husband owned a restaurant. A small order of hashbrowns would not have been! an issue. The customer is...
Read moreIf I could give them zero stars, I would. They decided that rudeness, and arguing with a customer was more important than service. Really a simple mistake. They gave us 20 nuggets instead of 40 that we ordered. A couple of employees huddled together for a few seconds and the best they could come up with was:
“Are you sure you didn’t get 40?”
yes, we double checked, counted twice, you only gave us 20
After that, one of the employees started to shake her head and was speaking to the other one under her breath while looking in the other direction. It was a clear as day dismissal of what I was saying. Over a mistake they made. A very simple mistake. I called her out on it because it implied I was lying and as a long time customer and a human being I didn’t like that one bit. She continued to do it so I said something along the lines of them losing a customer over 20 nuggets. Her response:
“Who cares?”
Exactly. They certainly don’t which is why we will...
