I would give it no stars if I could but will give it one star for cleanliness. A coworker of mine and I thought we would try this out since it was close to work. We went in around 5pm and asked if we wanted a booth or a table. We chose a booth and were seated opposite the server stand. The booth seats were cushy, you sank down into them which was a surprise. The waiter came and took our order then we waited a long time for chips and salsa. We thought that it did not come with but they finally brough that. The server brought the dinners and mine was not cooked right. I ordered the Jalisco Chimichanga which states below that it was supposed to be deep friend to a golden brown - it was not - it was soggy Flour tortilla filled with shrimp, deep fried to a golden brown and topper with cheese sauce. Served with lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, rice and beans. I tried to get ahold of someone who worked there for about 15 minutes, then just started eating. Nobody did come around and ask us how the food was, or to refill chips and water. At 6pm, after trying to get ahold of someone again for a box and the checks, someone stopped and gave us a box. I ended up going up to the server stand and demanding the check and stating how disappointed I was at the service and the food and that I would not come back. Nobody said anything. When I looked at my receipt I was over charged for my meal and my coworkers bill was under charged. I guess it evened out in the end because I ended up paying for both. I am very frustrated and upset at the service.

Food was subpar at best chicken fajitas were very undercooked and very underflavored very very underflavored. I ordered a picture of frozen margaritas it literally tasted so badly I could not drink one glass of it but I did not want to complain because the waiter brought me margaritas with ice in it the first time ice cubes and I wanted the Frozen kind which is like a slush so he had to remake it so when the second one came and it tasted horrible I was too nice to complain about it and just dealt with it. I wasn't sure if the taste was from it being overboard with alcohol or the alcohol just being very cheap it was the house Margarita so I don't know if that had anything to do with it maybe their top shelf would be better. I don't know all I can tell you was it was undrinkable. I ordered a tamale all they have is the pork kind no beef or chicken the tamales sauce seem to be either burnt or very well done tasted poorly. All in all the food was let's be honest worse than subpar probably would not try this place again. The best part about it was the waiting staff was polite and courteous even when they brought me the wrong pitcher he apologized and brought me the correct one.. and it is not their fault how the food tastes or how the drinks come out all they can do is bring them. PS we sat on the patio and the table we had was much too small for all the items that we had on it it was very tight to move or get to anything

This was our first time here where we ate in instead of carry out. I find it hard to put a good term to this place, especially since I'm not some expert on Mexican culture or cuisine. I would almost call this place a Mexican cantina more than a traditional Mexican restaurant. The decor is more that of a Tex-Mex place where it has been heavily "Americanized." The atmosphere doesn't shout "Mexico" like some restaurants do. We arrived around noon and there were only 2 other tables seated: a couple who already had their food and a family of 5. We were seated quickly and at the same time the family of 5 was being served their food. We then sat for at least 10 minutes waiting to place our order. Given we were the only table without food, I don't know why it took so long for someone to come to our table. The staff was friendly and warm. The food arrived quickly but was underwhelming. It was clearly Mexican food but just didn't seem to have any of the heavy spice that one would be used to in other places. It just tasted bland. The prices were pretty competitive to other places but, given a choice, we would probably go elsewhere.

Unbelievably Rude and Incompetent Management – Avoid at All Costs!

I have never encountered such horrendous service in my life. I ordered chicken nachos, and after confirming with the waiter that it comes with cheese and veggies, I was shocked when the server charged me for something I haven’t ordered. Mistakes happen, but what followed was an absolute disgrace. And also When I politely asked if the tortillas could be swapped for rice, I was met with an astonishing level of arrogance and rudeness from both the waiter and the manager.

Instead of simply saying it wasn’t possible, the manager had the audacity to suggest that I wanted the meal for free, which was completely untrue and insulting. To add insult to injury, this unprofessional, rude, and frankly, hateful individual told me to cook at home and not to bother coming to the restaurant if I wasn't happy. The level of disrespect was unbelievable. I was made to feel like a nuisance rather than a valued customer.

This restaurant’s management clearly lacks basic customer service skills and empathy. The manager is an arrogant, spiteful person who seems to take pleasure in being rude to customers. The experience was so off-putting that I will never return, and I strongly advise anyone considering this place to steer clear. No one should have to endure such a hostile and unwelcoming environment.

The owner of this establishment seriously needs to rethink who they have running the show. If this is how customers are treated, it’s no wonder they’re driving people away. Avoid this place...

Six of us tried to have lunch here about a week ago. There were nine people at the table next to us who were so loud we couldn’t have any type of conversation. Two of us were told separately there was no manager or anyone in charge to speak to about them. One of the men at the table spoke menacingly to us when we tried to calmly tell him about the issue, and my husband was worried about our safety when the man stood up and was shouting at me. Another couple complained on their way out too. I called 30 minutes later to speak to the manager or person in charge, and was told no one would be there for 90 minutes. When I insisted that someone had to be in charge, I was put on hold, and I eventually hung up. I sent two emails and another person in our group sent one. We’ve received no reply. The staff needs to be trained on how to handle aggressive customers (especially since they serve alcohol) or they need to have a manager on duty at all times. They breached their duty to protect their customers. The staff was apologetic but never spoke to anyone at the loud table about respecting other customers. If you don’t mind being seated near rude/noisy people, encountering no one on-site in charge, having no one on the staff asking them to quiet down in a public place, encountering a threatening customer who yells at you (my husband said he feared for our safety) when you try to calmly remind them to be considerate of others, and having no one reply to your emails, THIS IS YOUR GO-TO PLACE!! The food is not worth...
