I am very disappointed to say the least. We bought a couch and the sales lady swore up and down that it was microfiber and would hold up great with pets. Once we got the couch there was nothing stating that it’s microfiber. Yet, we paid what we did for apparently some cheap knock off fiber that’s not durable against anything. Plus, we bought a bed. The mattress is nothing. We had it leaning against the wall and it started sagging because it doesn’t have any support in it at all. We paid over 8k for this furniture and there’s no way in H E double wallkle sticks is it worth that. Not to mention, before it was delivered to the house, I had called the store and told the lady that my cancer had returned and I was needing that money for other things now. She replied that they don’t do things like that. Once it’s bought, it’s a done deal. I can’t believe this world has come to people being heartless and money hungry. Not to mention, who gives a crap that you’re dying and may need your money for your funeral or...

I purchased furniture and too a half day off work to have it delivered. I was told they only do out of town deliveries on Wednesdays. I had heard nothing by 3:00, so I called. I explained my furniture was to be delivered today and had heard nothing about an eta. I was asked if they called yesterday and I said no. They said they would call right back. They called telling me the ticket landed on their desk today. The person on the phone said it wasn’t their fault and their drivers had already gone home. I told him that I didn’t care whose fault it was and the end result was that I took time off of work to have the furniture delivered. I told them that I don’t get home until 5:00. I said what about Saturday. He agreed to deliver the furniture on Saturday (although they normally don’t work Saturdays! I recommend that you triple check any delivery that is arranged. Not only did I have to burn 4 hours of vacation, I have to pay $230 to have it delivered to...

It’s entertaining from start to finish, we were pleased to find exactly what we needed!
