fat Rooster diner — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Happened to be downtown early enough to give this place a try. We arrived just before 12pm and they were not busy at all. We were seated right away and a guy came by and said he'd be right with us. In the meantime a girl came by with water and took our drinks. The server came back and took our order. I went with the grilled cheese and my partner ordered the grilled chicken panini. Our food came out in an ok time and the order came out wrong. Mine was right but instead of the panini it was another grilled cheese. When he dropped off the food he told me he would return with a Pepsi for me. That never happened. We flagged down the server and told him that the order was wrong. He apologized and said he would get it right out. "Right out" meant anothrt 15 minute wait. During that wait we never saw him again...never got refills, nor has the table been cleared. In fact at the time of writing this the table still hasn't been cleared. To get a refill we flagged down someone who had another girl bring our drinks. When we asked for the manager, his food finally came out. She did come to the table but all she said was that she was sorry. This whole experience has been a let down...and I don't see...

Do not go here. I spent $30 per person on the smallest breakfast buffet i have seen in my life. Would give 0 stars if possible. Went for breakfast because menu online looked good. Waited 35 minutes for a table for two and then were not given menus and told to “go to the buffet.” It felt like we had stumbled into a complementary hotel breakfast and we were very confused the whole time about whether or not we were actually in a restaurant. We went to check out the buffet anyway bc we were very hungry and it literally just had scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and potatoes (and an omelette station) with absolutely no bread, no condiments, nothing. And all of the listed items were lukewarm. Since we were hungry we ate anyway and when it came time to pay the bill was $30 dollars a piece. This price was not communicated to us at any time prior to being served (if you can even call it service). Extremely...

Royally messed up my order and did NOT give me my crew discount. I asked for an egg white omelet, they gave me the opposite and charged more. It was cold. French toast with fruit? It's more like regular hardened dry toast, fruit just thrown on top of the dry toast, cold and disgusting. Society leaders keep giving the best locations to no seasoning people, no good service ppl. Oh, and quit making hash browns. Literally just shredded cold potatoes. That's it! No seasoning! No presentation, slop. I'm certain if they change that hashbrown to home fries (Google the recipe from a person who seasons their food), they'll get a huge...
