āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø Giorgio’s Pizza in downtown Indianapolis is an absolute gem! I stopped in while walking through the city and decided to try the pepperoni roll—and let me just say, it was outstanding. From the very first bite, I could tell this was not some pre-packaged, reheated snack. This thing was made from scratch, fresh, hot, and bursting with flavor. The dough was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside, yet soft and chewy on the inside. You could tell it was homemade, with that perfect balance of texture that only comes from freshly made dough. The pepperoni inside was plentiful, layered with just the right amount of cheese, and the seasoning was spot on. Every bite had that authentic, comforting taste you only get from true homemade food. The portion size was generous, and I honestly couldn’t believe the quality for the price. This isn’t fast food—it’s real, homemade Italian done right. You can taste the pride and care that goes into the food at Giorgio’s. The staff was friendly, quick, and the place had that local, welcoming vibe. It’s not flashy or trying to be something it’s not—it’s just good people making really good food. Without a doubt, I will be back again—100%. If you’re in downtown Indy and craving something fresh and satisfying, skip the chains and head straight to Giorgio’s. The pepperoni roll alone is worth the visit!

šŸ•šŸ§„ Giorgio’s Pizza: Where crust meets destiny šŸ§„šŸ• Was in Indy for a business trip and had a few hours to orbit the city circle. That’s when my nose led me to Giorgio’s Pizza—like a bloodhound trained on mozzarella. I smelled it before I saw it. Pizzaaa! šŸŽÆ This place is a delicious little gem tucked into downtown like it’s hiding from calorie counters. Pizza by the slice? Yes please. I grabbed a meat lovers slice, some breadsticks, and an ice cold beer—aka the holy trinity of lunch break indulgence šŸ•šŸŗšŸ„– The pizza? Chef’s kiss with a side of crunch. That crust had just enough crisp to say ā€œI’m serious,ā€ but enough flex to whisper ā€œI’m still fun.ā€ Not floppy. Not soggy. Just right. The breadsticks were carb-tastic, dunked in tangy marinara that made me want to high-five the sauce guy šŸ‘šŸ… Staff were friendly and fast—even with the lunch rush building like a pepperoni-powered stampede. They kept the line moving like pros at a pizza rodeo. Fun vibe, great food, and the kind of place that makes you wish your meeting got canceled so you could stay for another slice. Don’t hesitate—this spot is a slice of Indy heaven. #GiorgiosPizza #MeatLoversMagic #CrustGoals #BreadstickBliss #IndyEats #PizzaByTheSlice #LunchBreakLegend #HiddenGemAlert #SauceSquad #BusinessTripBite #NotFloppyNotSorry šŸ•šŸ’„

I ordered a Margherita pizza based on the description on their own website, which clearly states it comes with tomato, basil, and fresh mozzarella. Nowhere did it mention ricotta or white sauce. What I received was not a Margherita pizza by any standard—it was a white pizza with ricotta, completely different from what was advertised. When I called to clarify, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly disrespectful and dismissive. Instead of listening or acknowledging the issue, she kept repeating, ā€œThis is how we do Margherita pizza,ā€ as if that somehow made it okay to serve something totally different from what was promised. The lack of professionalism and refusal to take any accountability was frustrating. If you’re going to offer a classic dish, get it right—or at the very least, don’t argue with your customers when they call you out for misleading advertising. What sucks is k love this place and have ordered many times. I was really excited to have my wife try it for the first time and this is what came out of this experience. Please make this right and give me a refund.

Their website says delivery takes about 50 minutes. After an hour and 20 minutes passed I decided to give them a call to see what the hold up was on my order. I get ahold of someone over the phone that immediately starts having a side conversation with another employee. After about 5 minutes of back and forth I am told that they just received my order and it would be on my way in about 10 minutes or so (How if I received a confirmation that my order was received by them an hour and 20 minutes ago?). Also, keep in mind that I’m currently staying at the Sheraton which is LESS THAN HALF A MILE AWAY. I couldn’t imagine how much longer I would have waited if I were miles away from their restaurant. The service sucks! The other downfall is that they charge you an automatic delivery fee regardless on if they deliver your order on time. Come on son! The pizza ended up coming TWO HOURS after I ordered it. And to make matters worse the pizza ended up being cold. How does that happen!? If you are going to order from this place just go in or don’t even bother. Take this from a guy that rarely writes reviews and only does if the restaurant is truly amazing or utterly ridiculous... and this one...
